RE: Supply and demand2 Jun 2025 10:32
I think less haste, more speed in regard to projects - in fact the whole leadership approach. Prove concept to revenue, then expand- we dont do this we jump in very early on the rhetoric of gaining a lead on strategy over competitors - but we dont have lead as we havent made the correct progress.
Honestly, after the last RNS - it was garbled and awful - are we really to believe Leon is in control - everyone being polite but if this is the distracted non-focus at the top, we can only imagine the difficulty of those under him in the business trying to enhance the business. Lots of words but little distilation of numbers and progress.
Before I am shot down by - why not sell - Id like to at a minimum get the money back to NAV level - this is my Asset, not Leons and I will not be made to feel I need to kowtow to his chemists ability - which seems moot - he can not estimate the time to prove items and seems unable to invest in the right assets to support the chemist - back to the less haste more speed.
Sentiment here is shot - and not because of my non-supportive bad posts on a bulletin board, but as a result of terrible terrible management. We continue to not learn from our past - both operationally, investment wise and communications wise - and Leadership wise.
Lets choose a new boss and see if he can release the value of this business in both people and resources. Feel sorry for Leon? - No. He is transforming his wealth status and mine - his going up, mine going down, and shows scant regard for his investors in all his actions. He has had more than enough chances - its time for change (in my opinion, obviously).
