Grezzz, very true, but Elon may have a different strategy and may approach JLP if he is interested.
Elon knows the geographys that JLP work in, will be aware of the company as a result of his work in trying to find green battery elements and is cashing in Tesla stock. If he was interested he would also know that the metals held already in our tailings is not in any way reflected in the current share price thereby giving a NAV support to a higher bid, giving Musk the IP and operations for free.
What is to stop the Musk family office taking a controlling interest in a green element supplier thereby exerting some control on an area of Tesla for which they currently have much less control than the rest of their business model.
I hope not, but could very easily occur - and not just from Elon imho. There is huge enormous unrealised value in JLP; the IP of the processes - this alone could be licensed to large miners with a very short payback period, the capital investment in facilities, the staff knowledge and experience and of course the NAV of the metals in the tailings already owned.
Every day that our share price does not rise to reflect this value, puts us more at risk of being attacked - nevedr mind other miners and Elon, the sum of parts exposes us to hedgefunds and asset strippers at anything under 35p i reckon.
