I cant argue with most of what you say. I invested here once it was clear that the company was going to break the threshold and become net cash accretive. And since then this positive cashflow has grown. In theory this means that the company could develop using only loans and its own cash inflows and personally I personally would be happy with that option. It would leave us open to takeover as I believe the share price will lag the value in the undeveloped asset but would ultimately see us gain a higher value from the assets. There would also be an opportunity cost of other opportunities we would miss.
More than the takeover risk or slower growth , I believe we will partner because of the nature of our board - they are dealmakers, negotiators, soft-skill people orientated operators, and that will drive them to create deals and move at a speed of growth that can not be sustained organically. I am happy with this too but it relies on us putting faith in the people rather than the asset - reflecting on Colin and Co performance to date, I am happy with this option also - especially as they have a substantial stake of their own money in this company.
In other words win/win for me at this stage - either way, there is substantial opportunity for high returns to investors in my opinion.
