Hi Investor
I hope you are on the right trail as regards the CPR dealy reasoning - that theory certainly fits the current situation.
In regards to timeframe, the question is what is acceptable? On the one hand, we could slowly expand under our own capital - we have positive cashflows - leads to a longer time frame for shareholders, but the wealth is not shared and over that time is all for the ZPHR shareholders - I could live with that. Or, we partner and get less money but much quicker - this also suits the US macro context of new sources of oil- but the point i am slowly trying to convey is that ZPHR dont need to do this, our platform isnt burning - we can easily take the slower route and be a very healthy company with happy shareholders reaping a large return.
I think it is very important ZPHR BOD and SH dont lose sight of the slow route - we dont need funding as some businesses do - if we are partnering to grow quicker, I want a top notch deal reflecting we are in a sellers market suddenly. I would be annoyed if we sell our potential cheap. I also think CH has this view and I believe as a result a major will be far more likely to acquire the whole of ZPHR than get a deal less than that they are accustomed to for partnering.
All IMHO of course
