As I suspect there are mixed comms and if we don’t take the shares the broker will pursue a legal action which will further embarrass the Vela bod. It all well and good saying you have a controllled process, but that is internal. If a director represents to buy shares, it’s reasonable for the broker to rely upon him having the authority.
How embarrassing - I Blu an azd result can share their blushes. Looking at the positives though they are now operating at a level that could see them join the current government.
Pathetic but as with a previous poster, I am so deep in loss that it’s not really worth cashing out here.

Dark hero - you say these posters have an agenda like it’s an evil scheme. We all have agendas - mine is to make money on this share.

I appreciate Viera and theedukes inputs like any investors. But they also occasionally impart news to us and most crucially have protected us retail investors like n the face of management greed in the past.

This post like all posts, you can agree or disagree, or even block me, but please don’t tell me how I should interpret how I read other posters posts.

Just adding to my note below in regard to Blockbots. This is backed by the INDORSE token (of Coinsilium's partner in the project) and COIN own a good amount of them. IND price went up +400% today - still a way to go to get back to its highs but this could be the first inkling that Blockbots is taking off....

I can only imagine that Cerrone pops in and burns everyone’s note books and smashes their hard drives every week for that fee. That would explain the complete lack of anything. GC - giving it large to gain credibility with holders on the tragic loss of his loved one and then look at what he has done in her name.

Blockbots is moderately interesting. Had its first tournament and there has been an ever so modest rise in users for n the discord group. Now it’s landing to go onto Minecraft platform - could possibly increase their exposure to players.

And you quote the debt total, not the net debt position as ever which is very misleading and since it has been pointed out to you numerous times, must be part of a considered deramping strategy. That isnt ramping by the by, that is taking a rounded view.

I m going to filter you though Mr Carats - the constant misrepresentation and constant negativity clouds my hope of you bringing pertinent negative points to my attention when it is needed.

I dont think this board can move the market so I can only assume your agenda is one of wanting attention - and here I find myself giving of myself to provide you with that commodity - hence filter as I dont like to feed attention seekers

As fomo starts to brew for cpr news early next week. Today is a good test of how many are following zphr - if not now, when?

Agree with all those posts this afternoon / evening. This is an easy hold for big future returns.

We have two luxuries - a cashflow positive position allowing us to run a slower self contained course with no panic regarding money should offers not be at the right level; an unflappable deal maker at the helm who appears to have great insight and timing who as a big shareholder is aligned to holders.

So let’s get rich quick, or incredibly rich slower - either is fine for me.

If the BOD had put forward a reasonable rewards package two times ago, it would probably have passed and they would be quids and n now given SP pretty much trebled since then with potential for more to come. If I recall they wanted big big rewards for a 30% sp rise (after we had dipped)

Then again this time, BOD need ask g too much. As it is, they may miss out again, but worse - as a result of their greed they are not as aligned to shareholders and indeed could slow our progress.

For me and Viera and Duke it seems the value is in Dynasty and Satoshi - neither of which need much assistance from Derek to succeed. As such he may have missed out big time.

Viera, Duke - did you have any corridor conversations at all about Derek stopping his perpetual hand in till shenanigans or he will be out?

Classic example of getting your hand stuck in the cookie jar! But can he derail slow our progress in the interim whilst he is not under an incentive?

Just following on from my prior note on stating the strategy and what is funded and what isn't - here is a two liner from ZPHR today - a high growth oiler both organically and from acquisitions that leaves me as a shareholder very relaxed and clear on their programme:

"We expect all our forecast capital commitments, for at least the next twelve months to be fully funded through a combination of existing cash resources and cash flow from production."

From above I can refer to what they are doing and if there is a new opportunity it is communicated and assessed outside of this. JLP could do the same but as we stand we are wide open to the likes of bushytailed asking what is happenning to all our FCF and why do we need to raise. Putting it bluntly, this is about control and comms - the FD (control) should be constructing a clear view of cash and matching this to Leons (comms) plans. From that, its a short step to share future growth plans and what is funded of that.

I think there is a common line of agreement here however. We arent clear of the current plans.

I trust Leon and i am happy with journey to date, but he needs to gear into a new larger business expectation. Set out a communication process and stick to it, share with all a broad strategy, share with shareholders that therefore specifies what is funded and what areas should they occur we would consider dilution to enable - if he doesnt like this element, employ an FD / PR person who does.

I feel we appear to be in a little bit of a strategy quagmire from an investor pov - is the new partner strategy to be built with our funding or that of partners? How will this work? Lets be honest, with the new strategy our leader needs to be an asset management expert, not an operative and much as I like Leon, he needs to take that new role and go do it - building a new Leon to take his place, or, acknowledge you love the operational lead and allow JLP to recruit the asset manager we need. Be clear, I really like Leon and love what he has done here but there are two key jobs going forward and I dont think Leon can continue to do both.

on this share simply by posting an RNS and doing some publicity telling us the impact of CUDA production to current finances - hopefully assuring that we are now a breakeven plus entity, and giving specifics about the next drilling and development activities that are covered by the funds we have to hand, and the provisional timelines for those activities. This comms would demonstrate that ART has his hand back firmly on the tiller and imho would improve the view of the company immeasurably - especially if it is an FD as part of the comms.

However, I suspect that wont happen anytime soon given history. Shame as the path looks to be angled downhill from here after the recent uphill struggles and by showing a strong hand on the tiller COPL becomes much more investable.

There is the potential for a lovely end to year if they sell inventory down and similar cash flow they will be net debt free in 3 months - and that’s without any exceptional stone funds.
Great time to be in this company and the credit score re-rating is big news too. Still a long way to go till we reach this companies full potential I feel.

Not a proud period but I think ART thought the raise could be in the 30's - hence his buy. The dirt being dished before his timeline dropped the price and as such no-one is happy in the short term. However ART does know his data and I am happy to follow him - as such just averaged down a little. No way ART was dropping in his investment for a return to the 30's. Positive news to come and we will rise - this time with a cleaned up set of financials to underpin it I hope.
Oversubscribed at 20p - shows just how cheap we are at this price.

I am hopeful that we will continue our steady, fairly undramatic Share price recovery following tomorrows quarterly update. I will ignore the possibility of a poor update and jump straight to the possible rocketfuel announcements I can see that could give a massive boost;
- an outlook as to when net debt is cleared in the short term,
- a subsequent announcement around follow on dividend timings / size / policy ,
- share buy back proposals.

I am fairly confident we are approaching the net debt elimination point and as such it would be good if the company shared its future policy as to what to do with its cash surplus - especially whilst we can not pay off large debt without I assume penalties - makes sense to dish out some money to shareholders and a share buyback could be well received given the massive debt to shares recent history - my personal favourite would be a mix of share buyback and a dividend policy relating to a percentage of profit. Not long to wait and find out now. There is the possibility that tomorrow is an exciting day!

Blockbots game launches today. Hoping it’s well received and leads to a rise in IND tokens as well. Might give a little boost to this share.
