Poor Art must be exhausted, making up reasons to query and not release the cpr.
Next week, with Cuda past the appeal point I think we are going to see a masterclass in over prepared messages:
1. Confirmation of Cuda purchase and the price
2. Details of total output and ongoing operating cash positive position
3. CPR report
4. Confirmation of revised financing.

I hope Art shows off and releases these RNS Tuesday thru Friday, 1 a day. To do so he would have to have already done the work and I think he has. Would be a great reputation building / rebuilding demonstration.

So, 1 week Friday hopefully we are sitting north of a 100p share price.

This share is in desperate need of a re-rate. Copper and cobalt production now nailed on it seems. The cobalt is mind blowing. We own the material and virtually
No cost to process - just let that sink in for a moment.
I am not in a hurry to sell, but I do like my investments to reflect their worth - that’s only fair.
By the time this reflects in financials it will be 2023 so I am hoping we don’t have to wait that long.
Frustrating, but I believe will be ultimately very rewarding.

A more productive tea-break today. Dont panic though, i wont be making a habit of this (thank goodness!)

My personal view is that the end of July is going to be a busy period.
1. Confirmation of CUDA deal and affirmation that we have not paid an outrageous sum.
2. CPR issued for our US resources
3. Note to markets confirming a hedging agreement for the CUDA oil (and in doing so, confirming the highly profitable financials of the expanded company.
4. RBL announcement.

I think it will be in that order and I think it starts in 2 weeks and will be all ran through in a 3 week phase so that holidays can be had by Art in August. Each one of these will have positive impacts to the share price - I dont need to know to what degree as I dont need the money imminently but I do want to see a close to this phase of our growth as we will then be in a very stable position whichever way COPL then proceeds.

Linking this back to BLU share price, I think the general market will wait for the Amplitude launch on Kusama and assess the subsequent impact on its price before there is any significant change in the prospects for satoshi pay.

I am happy to be wrong and equally, happy to stay out and wiait , albeit impatiently.

Great news on securing the Kusama spot for amplitude. I had a quick look this morning but couldn’t find mention of the timelines for the amplitude go live, or the date for AMPE tokens to be distributed and become traceable. Do any of you more clued in peeps have information on these two dates or their expected timeline?

We cant early pay the debt with the covenents applied so I suggest the BOD instigate a buy back of shares at this lowly price - keep tehm in treasury and release for cash later if we need to or cancel if as i suspect we keep powering on.

I agree that BELL is a great investment and has promise. I just do not want a repitition of the damage caused by the last listing. If I am upset that they sell a part of the BELL holding - I can buy it myself as its a listed asset. Hence I dont like the idea of a capital raise at a super discount to enable us to maintain a holding I can get direct should i wish to.

100% agree the 4 companies are superb. Its just in raising in the current market, I am not sure the pain is worth the benefit.

I did top up this morning though - so clearly I am still a firm believer in this stock, its investments and by proxy, the ability of this board to get on the right companies - so I am griping a detail, not the whole chebang.

I am sorely tempted to top up here. Its only the fear of further capital raises that stops me. Microsalt appears to be such a solid good investment at the minute. Personally I think that if TEK stated that any further cash call requirements were to be met by selling of BELL stock in the short term- we would see a big lift in this price.

I am very surprised to see 20p. Probably pushes me to the buyside today.

In regard to KPMG being appointed. It wasnt clear to me that this was in addition to the other agencies involved. Ie are KPMG in addition to the other 2 or are they there to replace one of our previous advisors.
Anyone have a view?

Companies should want our Ip. By no means does this mean we are going to get our capital back but shareholders need to ensure we have a healthy tension between people after our IP to ensure Merck, Pfizer, bio rivals, Duncan or any other chancer don’t get to be the only bidder.
Merck will want 0518 and I hope Pfizer do as well. There is some really good stuff in DDDD so I am not entirely throwing in the towel as yet. The administrator must be made to do a proper job and not simply a firesale.
Lost an uncomfortable amount but for those here, if you don’t already, please use some kind of asset allocation rules to not end up all in on 1 share. I have been sorely tempted to average down here a few times but my rules didn’t allow me to. It might reduce my winnings on a good day but I hope it also means I lose fingers and toes and not hands and feet when the axe falls.
My heartfelt sympathies for all feeling pain and I do hope you find a way to face this and move back to a positive overall life outlook. Crl - wish I could do something for you but I can’t. You sound a tough cookie - find that mojo again and I wish you all the best.

That Merck aren’t keen on seeing their stake go pop, and more salient do not want to lose control of the DDDD assets via a loan holder steal.

Pretty gutted here as I can’t see a bid that gets us decent value - it’s a cash holders market.

I haven’t been checking in too often recently, but with the CUDA appeal deadline passed, should we be getting a big update or n reference to us actually owning or having agreement in place to buy CUDA for xxxx price?
I think Monday for this and then post completion we get the cpr - anyone else have a view on this?
