In the rns today I believe it states that there will not be any FD ipo until the arbitration panel rule (expected in early 2023) around how fox may be able to be involved in that ipo.

That Exxon rumour is good enough to pump and dump so I hope another gang decides to do so also.

I am buying Monday into any weakness - I think this is the start of a rerate.

I asked this question to pendulums m via Twitter but what I would like to understand is the planned next steps for Amplitude up to launching coins into trading tokens - as at that point there will be an AMPE market cap. I didn’t get a reply. Do you have a view as to the date for that occurring?

£7m mcap here. Stupendously low. Great time to tuck some away and imo, an AMPE, Pendulum or Dynasty event will reset valuation here.

Not long to wait at all - last year the results I believe were December so back to a more expected timeline.
I wonder if the market overall expects good results and we will see an uptick today and Monday.

If the board bought Laiker shares using vela funds it would represent a massive improvement. It usually takes them a few weeks to reach the 50% loss level on a new investment - but here it would be 24 hours - impressive!!!

I have to say, I hope that ART has been holding off a signature on an RBL and/or a JV till next week to be clever - as in that means it is pretty much ready to go... but I dont think thats necessarily the case though, not that we would ever know - else why would you refer to the JV in the presentation last week.
Cutting to the chase I would simply like in order of my preference,
i) a JV announcement with cash upfront,
ii) an RBL, or,
iii) simply a view as to what level of production we have and that this is over the required level to have the cash we need.

Any of the above three would give me a nice spring in my step!

Warrants do need to be paid for, but the point was, if the company doesn’t need the cash to carry on, why sell at a price that doesn’t reflect the value. The assumption being that the warrant holders won’t buy and hold but would have liked to buy and sell straight into market. So if the price is lower than excercise, no dilution.
Does that make sense to you. If your point is not covered by above, could you address the area of misunderstanding- I think we realise that warrants when excercised are paid for.

Worth pointing out that there is currently a 40% discount to the listed coins total value. This doesn’t include any unlisted investments.

So if you are waiting for BTC to hit $12,000 you can get that equivalent price here today.
