Rather than posting giant profits, buy reserves - and tell government you are investing profits rather than spending n hyper profit mode. Majors have a real need to be buying at present.

Well, to date I have always been least enamoured with Lucyd - I just don’t have knowledge of fashion related items etc and so was pleased it had ipo’d to allow some dilution.
I am now of belief it’s a great product - even thinking of getting a pair this year .

Hoping our next comms are positive - jv, RBL production related positives
I am not expecting any appearance from art without either jv or RBL. Reason being that the whole rns was from an obligation to do so perspective and then (like the seemingly spoilt teenager art appears to be when it’s not going his way) he chucked out the notice without much forethought. He can’t then talk against the content of that rns - otherwise his actions would breach its statutory purchase.
The JV was written in a very bullish manner in the RNS and I expect Art to figuratively appear all Neville chamberlain like with it held aloft in the next rns.
Could be today….

Feels like there is some life in the share despite super low trade volumes. I had written this off but that may have been too hasty. Could be that with crypto creeping out from under a rock, Coin may be about to rise.

Very interested to see more of the us salt news. I would imagine that processing capability may form part of any deal with microsalt gaining capacity via us salt - fingers crossed anyhow…

Thanks for the estimates Seis. Reading board there appears to be some anticipation of news soon.

In terms of expectation setting, last year JLP gave an operational update for 6 months to December in early Feb. - gives the production and news on capital projects. Hopefully we see an equivalent this coming week.

It’s then a further month or so till late March to get the results - 24 March last year.

Both have the ability to not only give view of performance, but also updates on projects that expand future production.

Agree - all calmer today but half as rich as this time me yesterday and without news will probably sit in 8 to 12 p range now - it was rubbish before but now a new trading range and I don’t blame many - traders paradise for a while now

Bickering on the BB but I think we all agree that no one is tempted to get off at present. Frustrations abound but I ain’t getting off this bus for no-one.

This year will be good - when? Not as clear but hopefully some rerate in this coming reporting cycle and I’ve and above that next step developments on new projects.

If the fud raised was deliberate then no clarification - art (or **** as I have nicknamed him) carries on pursuit of jv - he’s disclosed RBL will not have data available for resources till end Feb.

Agree on the CFO Passiton - read his bio on the COPL website - hes a journeyman consultant who has found a magnificent teat on which to attach himself. If we do siurvive, I hope the bond holders take the opportunity to be active in the CFO selection - cant have the CFO in the pocket of a wildcard operator like ART - needs independent support and steel to be ahead of these sorts of things. 3 days loss of production puts us at risk of missing covenents - that is flying way way way too low - at best net result is rather than a showering of equity issue, we faithful shareholders already in situ are about to get dunked.

I dont know Viking - why would I want it now? I just want the deep find opporutnity if I am the major. I can buy later once in. If I was JV Id be marking up those forms tonight - ART at sea - the life raft of the JV doesnt have to be massive to save him.

At a minimum Ryan needs to explain what happenned. Flying far too low cash flow wiser and saying its the weather in wyoming just doesnt cut it - I mean who knew the weather gets appllingly bad in Wyoming? - most people in the oil industry of Wyoming.
I expect a big recovery, a new CFO (who understands not to cozy up to ART (bondholders can facilitate this) and a long recovery.
Looking at ther RBL - data for it available end Feb - deal end of March - way too thight a timline. If i was the JV partner I would be upping my future share for a bit more upfront cash, donning my best saviour of the day outfit and heading down to ART's place.....

Oh and I reckon the chance of any contrition, or apology from ART is non-existant - I / we are all too thick and should have known this was coming....

I wonder the same - is this a deliberate manipulation? Are we being played? I am hunkering down - would love to be brave enough to buy more but thats gambling not investing of trading in my opinion.

smacks of ineptitude and incompetence rather than evil rip off planning - not going to be shaken out though wish i had sold and rebought in hindsight.
