until we have a little more clarity - what a giant mess this afternoon.

I have to be honest I am not sure if this mess wipes off or not - however I am terribly disappointed with the ART messaging. Something /someone ballsed up .

Wise after the event guilty as I am - The bit I don't get is RBL - why so long - all this talk of waiting for a JV instead on the board seemed weird. Get the RBL in place then if JV - you don't use it and all you have is the set up costs.

I often feel super let down by shares but particularly gutted on this one as it feels eminently avoidable.

Lots of ifs brewing and timeline permutations here: my thinking as follows but loose and hoping those of you with more knowledge can help fill the gaps;

Currently 2x big wells but no route to sale. I assume worst case is q4 via gas lines to our refurbed gas facility. So far not contracted refurb.

If 36-2 is tested and found to be oil not gas - we can attach to dominion pipe (assuming we can gain agreement). If agreed sales pipe can be attached and ready within 1 month.

Question - how long will casing and production testing of 36-2 take?

Is there a chance if 36-2 is mainly oil and casing and testing take 1 month that we are selling its oil by end of April?

That would give the share price a good kick in the pants

I really hope there isn’t a low offer here. We have the oil, we have the cash to get it to surface and eventually sell it. Therefore, personally I would only entertain pretty high number to sell now - say 50p but others may take an offer.
Personally I would rather wait but realise II’s etc may have to take a lower offer

What is the likelihood of dominion pipe being used? Does anyone have a view of likelihood, scale of work required and rough timing if agree?
Clearly there is thought as to their pipeline in the placement of the 36-2 well.

The rns and in particular gives a little insight into potential timelines imo.
I assume the seller wants the minimum lock in and equally zephyr don’t want a glut of shares to drop our price. So agreed that sale is dependant upon having selling in a place and a big boost to revenue (and share price). The fact that the dominion led solution for 36-2 could happen in advance of q4 gas works refurb (for which we haven’t as yet announced a refit contract) gives a view we could be getting revenue sooner.

That’s hopium sorted for a little while.

Indeed marma and February begins tomorrow.

If non core - sell at some point but not good now (will it get better).
I say this as we state the priority (the core) is to shepherd the current dynasty and Satoshipay projects. If we sell Guild - it’s not like there is another opportunity being considered.

I hope you are right. For us long term holders - feels like 2023 could be exciting (about bloody time!)

Yes - we are coming into another news due cycle;

1. Optimistic of new developments news.
2. Operational update for 6 months to dec 2022 - was issued last year early February.
3. Results for period to Dec 22 due in March.

Personally I think we will get a pleasant surprise in reference to capacity - Leon has always undercalled rate.
I am not however 100% convinced this will push a big rerate but hopefull we will be at a minimum challenging 20’s again.

In for a much longer haul here but would like to have the problem of when to reduce over exposure soon as possible!!

Triple bagger within the year it seems so can afford to wait a little longer.

Thanks the chain for sharing that news . 36-2 is hopefully great news. As ever 16-2 being a wall flower- very interested in the test results for that which will come soon.
Could be that we have 2 monster producers on our hands - then the only other update is the pipelines and infrastructure update of how we get to sales. I am hoping for an optimistic update here also.

So, once we have 2x wells and timing on getting it operational - what’s not to like!!

This board do the clearest and best comms I have seen in some time so confident they will clarify in the next few weeks.

Microsalt deals confirming strong growth story. The holy grail of deals - ie a Nestle or Mondelez type deal could come at any time. Personally I would enjoy an update on what we have on market but very happy so far.

Definitely value in this stock but it’s the timing and the nature of how this is reflected back to shareholders that isn’t clear yet imho. However the core value is so good that I am happy to wait and see.

This view is slightly cynical of big business bosses - I think we are still too small - the mining bigwigs don’t get out of bed for what this does. The future mining top dogs will bring this.

The key reason to buy Jlp may relate to the ability to add tailings as an asset on the balance sheet rather than a liability - that’s a massive change - however one could argue that once the operators like Jlp bring forward and create a market for their purchase of tailings that this could be done without a purchase.

Imho, jubilee needs to raise copper output to 50k tonnes plus before there is any interest.
All above speculation obviously.

I think 25p year end but with production only getting under way in q4 I suspect that on first results post production we will be nearer 50p than 30p.

As someone for whom drilling down involves clicking a more detailed spreadsheet tab I very much appreciate the insights on here around drilling.

I am disappointed at the share price as where we sit now it will take some real errors to not gain a 5 to 10 bagger from here in the next 24 months.
We have money to drill and we have plan to get to market and we appear to have oil. Great stuff.

Maybe this is why we are Share price low? The romantics prefer more risk or more uncertainty around which to make noise - this is too sensible an approach.

I am delighted to be here - revenue uplifts within the year and reserves additions will be further mapped with each drill.

Agree with you - let’s wait for results - and indeed it seems like that is exactly what the market is doing.
Zphr bought a gas infrastructurr late last year and in the corporate presentation it states this can be ready to use by the end of 2023. Therefore gas is the n the short term bad news as that would suggest we need to wait to get production running.
However I am hopeful of 2 things;
1, 36-2 is less gassy than 16-2 and
2. Upon further spec work, the gas infrastructure can be made workable in H1 2023.
Worst case we wait and can easily survive on current cashflow.
My
Main impatience is that with new revenue this team can find more opportunity for further growth funded organically.
Worst case I can wait a year.
