Question for anyone with a maths bent. We were at 14p before the drama of going bust and that poor rns dropped us to the 5/6’s we are in now.
With funding dilution as part of this, what would be the adjusted price expected if we were to rise to past 14p view - ie is that position now 10p per share or thereabouts.
I would like to see how much art sentiment hurting share price so that is the measure against which we can measure it i think.
Any views / maths appreciated.

Delay is always disappointing but taking the positives…
- it’s a relatively short delay,
- it comes on the back of them actually achieving a lot of items as planned (let’s be honest - that’s a game changer for Satoshipay)
- they are owning the delay and from this appear to be communicating well

I have to say I don’t enjoy BT content, disagree mostly and find the gleeful mocking content rude, but he’s entitled to post and he did call price closest - probably fluke but till proven otherwise he can present himself as an expert - not THE expert. Good test to my natural zealous view and let’s bear in mind, most of the extended threads from him are at other posters prompting.
Rather than him be blocked I hope we are found to be correct in our bullish sentiment and if he is still pushing an alternative view so be it.

You have done well on calling Jlp to date so I am pretty sure you know that you don’t self fund development and capital from Ebitda. You do it from cashflow and the business is highly cash accretive.

In addition to news, presumably the oil produced during the test can be sold - good news today and a positive future news banked in I think. I feel this is very good value at anything less than 8p based on current performance and future promise. Long term hold for me - going to be big I think

However I would take this opportunity to load up because at our tiny mcap we don’t need to own more than 27.9% of Satoshipay, we don’t need to own too much of dynasty. Let’s put this in perspective, our 50% rise adds about £5m to share value - £5m - this one really does have the fundamentals to go boom many times

Share taking a breather, backing up a bit, having a sandwich for lunch and then going to take a good run up to bounce over 0.285p - so I am led to believe

First real test at our old nemesis price now of .285p. If we can breeze past this - it took an age last time, then we are really on the move! (He said ignoring the already 50% rise today……)

I agree - my personal sell position is much higher - I think a lot of us have high targets - hence I think buying pressure will raise price fast.
Any meaningful and positive dynasty news in the meantime could also cause an immediate boost - very very very cheap and then there is the lottery ticket element from pendulum - could be very very big

Happy it’s moving tbh - I would be very pleased indeed if we can walk up to the 0.3’s today - seems entirely doable following a great start.
Hope based on fact that new people are taking positions and a lot of lth view of value is still much higher - hence could move very fast I think

We own 26.9% of Satoshipay and Satoshipay has an interest of 5.5% of pendulums future pen tokens. Total supply is 210m tokens with initial circulating supply of 10m

So the team demonstrate that they can even now evidence a massive premium over the market price, and still the market is wary - I really struggle to understand the muted response of the share price - to be below - yes but to be more than 100% below seems odd - what is the missing element - trust?

Hopefully we can get a top spec canoe and the funds for a paddler too from Jlp within that timeframe. - maybe even spring for some cushions and a nice cool beer or two also!

Wow - I really am surprised by this latest slide. I could see this translating into large pressure on Leon’s position - personally I would like him to stay as a coo and get a ceo - however I understandably don’t think that would be acceptable to LC. Very frustrating that me at present but I stick to the view that value will out - hopefully at some point the market will agree - but clearly not now!

To our share price and allowed to occur in this void of news. Whilst I get that a valuation is needed to change net assets, how about some overview of dynasty, its growth rate over last year, size of revenue and cashflow impacts , forecast future growth. Some disclosure on these elements alone could see our share price double. In relation to satoshi pay - it seems everyone is still working hard to avoid any possibility of a valuation. AMPE - no trading. Pen - no date for trading. As for dtransfer - well it may hold promise, in fact it might even be real deal unicorn stool, but ffs throw is a bone or two. A safe timeline we can understand for pendulum and some numbers for dynasty.

Wierdly I am hoping they will confirm covid investment is defunct soon and I can then take out remainder of investment without fomo.

It’s good 1noise, but this isn’t a concrete achievement but rather the recovery of hope and optimism that given the work on 2 fronts the odds of success are good. IMO that optimism should see is around 20p given the size of the potential future return
