My gut and logic says they haven’t lined everything up just to say….sorry, not today….that would be PR disaster. Therefore I am expecting ratification/good news finance from Navitas side is all in place. This just leaves the “no brainer” EGM for Rock mid September. FID will then be? End September or mid October? I guessed sp of 99.5p by end of year at the start of the year. Now all bets are off for me, looks like it will break £1 and may hit £1:20 -£1:30 even. Happy days either way.

Buzz off, I could retire anytime. However, I’m here to make it a retirement worth living. With FID probably 6-8 weeks away, you think I would suddenly think “crap, it’s never going to happen, I should sell”, after decades of dreaming for this moment. I would have to be crazy.

In my opinion FID will come and we are on our way. Think about it Navitas can do FID anyway from revenues from Shenandoah, it would just take longer to have the cash available. So the loans are just to save time.
