Presumably most new staff would be obliged to give 1- 3 months notice unless on a contractual basis so perhaps any new contract will not become effective immediately?

Thanks for various comments folks. I am in no panic to sell - far from it. I have had some awful experiences like many others but this concern is a completely different kettle of fish. I have a price in my mind which I would settle for or at least sell half my holding. Some of you are far more knowledgeable than myself and as an avid reader of this forum I think I have a fair idea who is genuine and who, shall we say, is economical with the truth. This forum I suggest is well above the average in terms of knowledge which prompted me to ask the question and I enjoy the camaraderie. I am always interested in other shareholders' strategies which provokes thought. At the end of the day the decision is mine and I will review the situation end of April when hopefully we will all be a lot wiser which way the cookie crumbles. Good luck all.

I have read all the discussions here about the shenanigans of MM's etc regarding their price manipulations. Some suggest they will move onto other shares but what if this continues when the price soars say above £12 . Presumably this could carry on indefinitely and one will never ever get the true value of this share? When the company reaches midcap would the situation become more stable especially if II's have the majority holding? In other words whilst PI's hold the lions' share presumably we are very much at the mercy of MM's? An alternative although far from ideal, would appear to be a TO. Whilst we are all waiting for big news to break I am interested in the various possible scenarios and the best possible outcome for us plebs as some of you will doubtless have vast experience.

I heard yet another eminent professor was it this morning or yesterday (getting a little punch drunk) quite clear in his mind that unless we manage to keep on top of these ever increasing dangerous variants, travel abroad especially to South America and South Africa will not be advisable. NCYT and associates would appear to be very well placed on this front and could well become a household name in the fight against Covid.

Yes, but he bought another share with profits from ITM. I think he has a very big holding in ITM (second largest in a considerable portfolio) so best not to be over exposed in one share!
