First post here but been a holder for quite a time. Did anyone hear the item on Radio 4 7am news this morning about the controversy re the Cumbrian cola mine the govt wants to start up? Ref Climate change meeting due in August. The item went on to say there were other far cleaner alternatives like creating energy from burning plastics. Thought I was dreaming for a moment as few people know about this technology. Then went onto say that the govt were now looking at this matter as they are under pressure from Biden etc. This Govt truly is hypocritical. They will probably give the go ahead AFTER the World Climate change meeting is past.

... wouldn't this now be imminent and certainly before next RNS detailing likely excellent financial results etc. The SP would more than likely double when news breaks but this would, I suggest, pale into insignificance given NCYT's huge prospects over the next few years. Either way, shareholders are sitting pretty.

Thanks for comments Ventura and HarChris. Perhaps it appeared I was eliciting sympathy but this is far from the truth and I could have worded post better. I went into this share with my eyes wide open and am quietly confident it will come good in the fullness of time. Around this time next month it could prove a whole new kettle of fish - shades of Eric Cantona again :)

This is why possibly many of us have profound mood swings as we stand to lose a lot should the concern go pear shaped not that there seems much chance of this happening. Agree on the PR side of things and that shareholders appear of little consequence nowadays and I honestly think the company is missing a trick here.

'Roll on Novacyts lft launch in Q2'. Am somewhat punch drunk with information. Can someone remind me if/why Novacyt's LFT's will be an improvement on current lot as this more than anything IMHO in the short term could set the heather on fire.
