... SNG are just too late with test results -- had results be known a month ago we would weathering the storm far better I think and possibly sitting on a decent profit. Hopefully test results will prove positive in a few months time especially for the benefit all those Covid and asthma sufferers. However by then most of us may have returned to a sort of normal life and gradually putting Covid behind us and the rest of the world will soon catch up. With the best will in the world I cannot see this stock ever reaching the heady heights projected by some on this forum. The momentum has passed. Having said all this, I will hold until end April and then decide whether to abandon ship or not in the hope I am pleasantly surprised..

GM sitting on a £90k loss from November share purchase but suspect it's only beer money to him. I doubt even a RNS brimful of good news would make a scrap of difference in current climate. Will give it until the end of March but if this rot is still festering clearly it's time to move on to pastures new clear of Covid related stocks.

Yes, now below 7 with seeming no end to this drop untill some meaningful news is issued but its a long hail back now into even a breakeven situation for many of us.

Whilst I understand the largely upbeat talk, can someone explain why SNG of all the Covid stocks appear to be taking the biggest hammering via an 8% drop in SP today. I am heavily invested in this company but sense we are missing something.

Let's hope being largely in the red recently will soon become a novalty.

Airlineboy: Quite a few of us are in the same boat as you. GM has clearly only paid lip service to various criticisms on the PR front but why on earth should he bother with minions like us - he will have his own agenda. PR is an art and an important one at that and should not be left to anyone with half an hour to spare. He is not coming under any pressure from shareholders as the company is doing very well but this may change in the fullness of time. The Company's current PR performance is underwhelming and somewhat of an embarrassment.

Not that it will be of any interest but I think like ShaunP, I will exit this stock after FY end in the hope I break even. There is no guarantee even with large sales/ revenue and good news on various fronts that the SP will be done justice to as the same shenanigans may continue behind the scenes and on this forum and life is too short especially at my age! I will put the proceeds into the likes of ULVR ( a company I know a lot about) which is a sound concern paying a decent dividend. I must confess, that this forum has sadly gone downhill since SP's departure (note the huge decrease in postings) and is not nearly so interesting and so much fun but best wishes to all.

HarChris: Good move and you (like me) always have SNG to fall back on if things do not quite work out as you expect. I remain hopeful that both Companies will do us proud albeit SNG is by far the riskier share but we should not have much longer to wait for P3 trial result!

I imagine he may have been in the local press so it would be nice to see a link to a photo of him. After all, it is a special new treatment which will give hope to the world! Vaccines and not the whole answer -- far from it and we will need these new supportive medicines for other ailments in addition to Covid especially asthma sufferers. I would have thought that particular medical body would be extremely interested and encouraged!
