Painful and....28 May 2021 08:58
I feel for you guys, waiting while the boys club of Directors "play" as they are not ready to retire just yet. I was a shareholder in FPM for over 10 years which was run like a private company, with little regard for the SP - the Market Capital certainly increased 5 fold, but the SP was a toboggan ride and the buy out was a give me- with II's and retail investors bailing.
You see similar honey traps at PMG and JOG - directors salaries paid annually and the network working handsomely - lets not even go to CHAR , SEY, BLVN.
You never know this may come good although I personally think you will be diluted to death if they ever get a deal across the line. Personally I prefer, SQZ which despite the set backs in drilling and lacklustre SP in the last couple of years has quite a number of positives happening between now and Jan 22. Each to their own and good luck.
