Anyone got a view on this stock?
Painful period, but added again today at 36.24.
I can only give you my stance on NAS, which is going through a particularly tough period due to its holdings in RENX, EKF and its holding in OIG and I am currently adding. I'm not particularly happy with the OIG rationale, and would much prefer gearing than playing with in house funds, but it has assisted growth in the past and Christopher Mills has done very well for all of us holders. If you feel that we are not going to see a melt down of the growth scenario, it is a sound LT investment, pound cost averaging springs to mind at this juncture. GL anyway
boy and no postings here bue all buys- any current investors please comment if it is a good entry point
Could do with Mills advising UK Gov. Knows what a good business looks like.
2010 - £10
2015- £20
2020 - £30
2021 - £48.50 LTH for me for around 16 years and I have no complaints !!!!
I would imagine so if he wants people to sell. Unless of course there's something we don't know, e.g. a large holder looking for an exit?
I topped up on the notification but it wouldn't be the first time I called news wrong :(
Got the same. Trading at a massive discount still, do you think the sale price will be uplifted?

Glad to see we are moving up. I have great hopes here.
Its partly due to investing in Unquoted and Aim shares, with associated liquidity issues. Not a cause for concern in my opinion, although around 23% is more the norm.
LTH for me for around 15 years and I have no complaints and accumulate as of recently on drops.
2010 - £10
2015- £20
2020 - lets see
Me too.
I think this trust is small and a bit 'under the radar'. They have cash and a holding that is similarly discounted so I hope long-term is good and we can forget the noise.
Why is there such a big discount, with this track record? I don´t get it
SP has tailed off slightly lately widening the discount somewhat. A little more and I'm in for a top up,especially if there's some company action.
Strange to see Harwood WM bought out for 8% less than last SP. Chris Mills with 30million quid burning a hole in his pocket now.
If I was him I'd buy a load of NAS while it's at a nice discount :)
It's good to see they were buying after breakout. Next set of results soon and the insider buying a few weeks back is also an excellent sign.
Close to £1m worth of shares bought for cancellation, still trying to narrow that large discount. Happy holder here :)
Love the compound on this one
Nice of our major holder to purchase holdings for his children just prior to Brexit results. No brainer, added to my holding and good to see us reaching new highs
Not to sure whether these are a good buy at this stage of a cycle. I first bought in 2009 at the princely cost of £4.85 and continued to accumulate up to £9.60 in 2011. I have just halved my holding as although its continuing to climb, the USA is at a tipping point. Long term holding for me, so I am very pro - similar to SST over the same period. Monthly accrue rather than lump sum would my advice if you are taking a long term view. ATB
Am thinking of perhaps/maybe of making a small purchase of these. please does anyone have any thoughts about this share? Thanks.
chris baby, go on lad ..and ..............thanks
Thank you for your input and I know aim is a very risky place to put ones money . I think that qpp has been a prime target for many reasons . I do still feel optimistic about the company , having said that it's not blind optimism far more realistic than many over on the qpp board . Which is why I have asked Kyuw on this board. Good luck to you and good night .
I agree with you both, even though I'm a QPP holder, I'm so sick of the stock chatter, headlines, noise call it what you like and if goes away great but I enjoy good performers far from the limelight, such as NAS. I do feel for people with paper losses or losses forced upon them, but if you're investing in Aim accept the risk and shut up, learn more about the reasons why this stock went down in the first place and use this knowledge in the future. I don't know half of it but surely investors need to be less optimistic and more realistic about what could go wrong first before they start counting the money
I think there's a little too much excitement today re qpp I have not been investing for very long but have seen this happen many times before as I'm sure you have far more than I . Although I have been tempted to add to my holding over the past few day's I have decided to wait , as we still could see lower lows I think !! .
