Sorry to hear that this has been a debacle for you. Having been in FPM for over a decade before the ii's finally capitulated and offloaded due to it poor sp performance, I was wary on LBE and did express my opinion on here on this management team. I joined the fray on a price of 50-51p prior to the the last drill, purely for these last 3 drills - good luck with ORCA and i hope it does as well as SQZ and i3e have done for me.

Another blue day for the portfolio and another tranche of RENX at this price, that's in deficit for £6.5k for me. Agree with comments on here that we look like a baseline being established in the 220-250 region so seems sensible to accumulate and bring the average down. 300p and I am comfortable.

Having looking at my Spreadsheet, I've learnt my lesson with oversea's O & G in Africa, inclusive of CHAR,BLVN, MOIL, SEY and even SQZ has had its fingers burnt once - twice shy!!
Did at one time consider that SQZ would have run the slide rule over JOG when it was not so lofty. Skerryvore and reworked chalk - seem to remember getting burnt with TRAP on one of its early drills.
Now if only BP farmed in to N Eigg - I also wondered why they never increased their 5% to 10%

I certainly hope so. Backed my conviction again yesterday with another 2000 shares albeit nursing a £6k hit at present. Lets hope for a recovery going forward and its given me chance to plough money in at 240-250p. NAS and OIG are also beginning to recover and are big supporters of Renx.

From an old timer, its heartening to see the activity on this board. I went through a number of years when I was talking to myself!!
12 months ago we were sitting at 115p, with a number of value enhancing items to look forward too. A number of colleagues of mine were well aware of Serica due to my blathering but few took the leap. For all you chasps that came onboard - well done and I am sincerely glad that our tortoise has been a success for all and sundry and still has legs. The race has obviously not finished yet. 400p - who would have thought it - now lets see what dividend is going to be defined.

Bizarrely I knew where we were going at 150p but I am mesmerised by the headlights at the moment and don't know which way to turn!!
As Sasa pointed out earlier, where would you place your money if you sold SQZ and still wanted to play oil & gas resources. I'm already in BP and i3e handsomely and a smaller tranche in ECO and don't want to invest any more.

All indications are gas is staying high for the forseeable future out to 2023 and nae dropping below 100 after that - as you say a perfect storm.

Viable, from memory we were in the 250's, so yes I do stand by we won't multibag from there. Thats not to say our SP will not increase. What I was inferring was this is now a share based on results and ongoing profits to both raise MC and SP. I certainly didn't see us in the 370's so quick, but these are strange times. I did take the opportunity to monetise another tranche in the 350,s and feel a lot more comfortable having a better balance.
Rellim, you made me go and look at my spreadsheet. I guess I was one of the "lucky" or astute peops that bought 285,000 at 4p, whilst nursing losses of around £70k on 165,000 shares from previous purchases. Added all the way up and traded peaks and troughs.
We all should have been rewarded handsomely and newbies will be investing in a sound company albeit they need to keep a weather eye now on market forces, LNG supply, Sunak, Ukraine cessation and oil/gas drop, N Eigg dry hole, Everest end of life, etc etc. All normal stuff that effects the SP one way or the other. We are bouncing along on yet another ATH, it has to abate at some stage. Newk many thanks for your input over a long period, its always good to know fair value. GLA

Their Midlands based Company must have eye watering accounts, if indeed its company money and not their own cash outside of the business. The Chancellor must be rubbing his hands with glee come 2023 with the increases in business rates. I am still flummoxed as to why they have not sold any into a rising market and diversified their wealth.
Even impoverished me, has reduced by 120,000. St Lucia beckons at Anse Chastanet for us - providing we don't get covid in the next 2 weeks!! The share that keeps giving. GLA

Well finally sold my last 20,000 in the fifties. Been a few years with an average of 46p, so out with a profit - now there's a surprise. The word "sour" on the main asset, is a debatable asset in my own opinion, but you never know.

If the DSV is on location and weather benign allowing diving operations it should take no more than 24 hrs. Each 3 man bellrun by the divers is for a 6 hr period. So providing its only the SCM changeout, first team will prepare the worksite, which may or may not require a roof panel to be removed from the manifold, to allow the old SCM to be removed. Old SCM needs to be removed and recovered and new SCM installed. Commissioning then, and hopefully back to producing.
Regular operation for these divers so hopefully it will all go smoothly.

Long term holding is the way Flabby, although that was a while back with our tortoise. I have traded the swings several times myself, usually after we have reached an ATH and I have sold my tranche of trading shares. Needless to say I cashed my trading shares in the 300p region and sat on cash.
Lets be pragmatic we are not going to multibag from here and I await an opportunity to reinvest if we drop a further 10%. If we don't - nothing lost. GLA and each to their own. Needless to say a 10% drop is eye watering on my LTH.

I have occasionally been disparaging about this ex FPM management team and may have mentioned buyer beware on this board. Lets be honest, all these guys are multimillionaires on the back of selling FPM to DNO.
So they invest money into LBE and proceed to pay themselves handsome salaries and options so they are not out of pocket to long. Its like Maggie selling back to us our nationalised assets, which we already own. A fantastic concept.
And after all they need to attend the charity bash at the Marcliffe, Aberdeen along with Tom Cross (PMG) who is also on the gravy train with long suffering shareholders.
Now that doesn't make them inept and they quadrupled the MC of FPM. I am a buyer at this 50p range as the final three drills have peeked my interest and one may ignite the share price. Time will tell. GLA

So who's buying at these elevated prices?? All very good for my electronic wealth, along with i3e and even HUR.
We have Rhum shut in that in days past, would have seen us lose 10-20% of the share price and a North Eigg drill to come thats probably in the realms of 25% CoS (guess).
Rationally, this perfect storm of gas price will abate - spring/summer is coming as well as American LNG.
Took another 10,000 off the table this morning, for no other reason that selling into an ATH suits. I still wonder why Mr & Mrs Hardy are not divesting - thats another worry, as they have an eye watering amount invested.
So where would the share price be without this shenanigins - 240-250p??

Catalyst for me NewK. Offloaded 20,000, but as you know I have a substantial holding. Troubledseller, I play my own game here due to the size of my holding, and have a few IT's in mind that look promising in the next couple of weeks.

No worries - the 130-200k was the DSV dayrate, so lets hope for around 1/2 day mobilisation,1 day transit to field, 2 days in field and 1 day transit to port. Plus associated onshore costs.
