RE: 3rd Offer…6 Aug 2022 08:41
Would seem we all took note around the same time in 2009, with Kambuna coming on line, Bandon Oil discovery and Conan drill in preparation. And of course Columbus ready for development. And then a lot of anguish and pain until Erskine with a succession of dry holes and the Namibia desertion by Bp !!
I read with interest all the comments on this board on the Managements inaction to do anything with our accumulated cash and the pitfall that is in play at present, which are fair and unfair. Having aggressively bought at the 4-5p region, I have no grounds to complain and I am sure all LTH having been here since 2009 are comfortably ahead as the shares at the time were around 60p.
Happy to see the Hardys adding in the 350p range, which is interesting as one could assume its implicit support.
Good to see Dick back on line and i still watch JOG with interest and good to see its ascent for him.
So, if we survive and gas prices level out, it may well be rich pickings for a cash rich company, if the likes of JOG, PMG. ORCA etc have had no luck with farming out. Whats good for a company is not always good for the share price unfortunately as we would follow any market down - but thats I time element and I am getting old in the tooth. Hmmmm.
