Wouldn't read to much into what Deep Ocean were up to Newk. Annual Pipeline Inspection Programme or at Bruce they may even have been removing the outstanding redundant caisson section - who knows. But like you say perhaps some media information who help our sp.

Seems like BP are looking at purchasing JX Nippons part of Andrew along with its other assets. One minute BP are selling N Sea assets and the next twist is looking at a purchase. Interesting.

Bored with gas prices, perhaps our 5% Institutional Investor, now thinks that after January, the time has come to let Serica purchase the BP Andrew assets. Shearwater went but you never know whats going on in the background.

I can understand the chagrin after the latest RNS and whilst I could be perceived as a LTH "fan" of SQZ, I am still objective and trade tranches on a risk based rationale.
Its trifle unfair to malign the management for what has been an exceptional phoenix rise since BP walked away from the Namibia licences. I don't disagree with the majority of what's been aired, I've also been waiting patiently for the next leg up, but always thought it would come after Jan 2022. I'm sure the LTH of PMG and even JOG are envious of whats been achieved by SQZ.
The 30p or so drop has certainly made a dent in my portfolio value, but lets think sine wave. GLA.

Re- evaluated myself Newk and took 10% of my SQZ holdings off the table at 236p, expecting the gas price to re-adjust at some time - although I did think Columbus would balance out any initial adjustment. Still a very painful drop. Like yourself my new baseline is sub 200p where I will be considering adding. GLA

Still have a nominal 12000 shares here at a 40p average, having offloaded the majority in 2016, remarkably at a small profit. Traded several times, on the dips with disappointment and highs with potential - never losing sight that this is run on the lines of a Private Company that just rumbles on - and on. Entertaining to say the least. GLA

I think my farm is going to be a tad less risky sasa, ha ha. N Eigg is another catalyst and I may well be along for the ride, but with a much less substantial holding and reliance on my IT's to continue to deliver. Then again theirs time between now and then for much more potential.

What can I say, only 12 months ago these were languishing below 100p but with several catalysts lined up for this year which have been expertly discussed on this board. OK we were in the doldrums for a few years and never got back to our 140p ish ATH, but by eck its been worth waiting for.
Almsivi, analysis appreciated, I never doubted the management and a have accrued a substantial holding since 2009 on a princely average of 10p, thats now eeked out to 27p with adding just over 12 months ago. I sincerely hope everyone has benefited from Serica's success especially during the quiet times. Now back to looking for a farm in the Lake District !!

Having been bitten from the Trap days, I do tend to keep a weather eye here, especially for Dick's informative posts. I ended up with 10,000 JOG shares on the demise of Trap oil, which was extremely painful. Whilst accumulating Trap I was also accumulating SQZ, so alls well that ends well and you can't win them all. GLA - you never know whats around the corner

Are you sure that SQZ qualifies for this D220. I would welcome any information that confirms SQZ qualifies. I am of that age!!
