Don't be distracted by the short term position affected by a bid at 145. That materially undervalues the business, which is worth about 225 at fair value and potentially much more. If you are in for the long term
just sit tight. However, there is the issue of the current management, who seem to lack direction. I've lost confidence in their capabilities to deliver longer term, so I'd be happy to exit around 200. My average buy in was 90, so I'm sitting comfortably, but I'm not caving early with the possibility of a larger gain in fairly short order, with a reasonable cushion if price drops back. Also, expect volatility as intermediaries are also trading on their own accounts, plus there's some swaps, CFDs and spread bets to be covered.
