Given the company's share price decline and the trading patterns of the last few days in particular, why is the company persistently failing to communicate to ALL shareholders?  Once again, it most unfortunately looks like there may be unauthorised leakage of information from the company to some shareholders/market participants. 

Is there any intention to bring forward January's trading update or to make a statement about the non-appearance of the US license?

David008 No sign of buying by executive directors. Yes, a purchase by the Chair and another non-exec, but where did that money come from? If it truly was their own money, how much of an impact would that actually have on their personal financial standing? Given the history of this stock, recent selling looks suspiciously like someone in the know bailing out before news becomes public. Bye bye US license?

Well if you are right about persistent selling, it's making your firm bottom look a bit wobbly. I'm pleased to have mostly exited higher, with just 5k left as a pure speculation. I have a bad feeling that the promised update in January is going to be truly horrendous.

The grant of a US license doesn't open just the US market, it acts as a "pass" for wider markets globally. The issue, or otherwise, of a US license will possibly be influenced by political developments. How much revenu CABP actually makes from a US license is down to management; I do not have confidence. The lack of communication is something I've commented on previously and I can't help but think this might be yet another b*lls up The Board "promised" the license in second half 2024 and yet nothing has been communicated; the silence is deafening.

It's not a pass/fail process as such. By the time it gets to final stage it should be a "given" as lots of input along the way. If the license is not forthcoming, it would smack of gross incompetence on CABP's part.

What's the betting that the US license fails to materialise and yet more excuses are put out by the company? I'm just pleased that this Board of Directors is not in charge of organising a p*** up at a brewery.

There's a lot of misinformation, misunderstanding and pure nonsense posted on bulletin boards like this and you should take everything with a large pinch of salt.

This stock is due for a huge short jump on expected news being publicly confirmed. Expect 110p by Christmas.

Don't be surprised if you get a disappointing (again) trading statement in January, with yet more lame excuses. The management seems clueless. Best to hope for now, short of a miracle, is StoneX coming back and kindly offering a pound.

Katstrangler, if the only difference of opinion was on the final price that would be useful to know. Effectively it would provide a bottom line valuation of 145, which makes the current price even more ridiculous.

Rather depends where the money has really come from. Good on the face of it and would be more reassuring if other directors, especially executive directors, committed themselves similarly.

Shame neither party is apparently prepared to make a statement as to why StoneX walked. If it was simply a difference of opinion as to valuation then why not say so.

If the long term share incentives vest at a minimum eps of 14.2p, even on a modest p/e of 8 that implies a share price above 113p. If higher eps and pe figures are applied, wel....... Do note the subject header though, this is a VERY simplistic approach.

Would not be at all surprised to see CABP back around 110 territory by December.

Be nice to see a quick bounce, but I think it might take a while although won't be surprised to see 110 region by December. To my mind, one of CABP's major issues is appalling lack of communication.
