If you really want to get depressed look at the two competent Persons (sic) Reports. It's not at all surprising that they can't pay their bills when the forecasts were so wrong.

If they'd got away withe original plan to use second hand kit from the US they'd probably have made it - much lower CAPEX and on production in time to get the enormous spike in gas prices in 2021/22. I've always wondered just how they got that wrong

Malcy et al maketheir living by selling share tips and trading on their own account. They also do interviews. These are ALWAYS positive.

Right now Trafigura doesn't need postive PI support. They have ANGS in default and effectively completely under control, with some discussions with the other folk owed cash.

Malcy and others (eg Ocelot) are irrelvant and therefore are outside in the cold with the rest of us.

We will be told our fate when its all cut and dried, signed & sealed. Expect to be told that we should be thankful.

Another Lenigas sucess, PPP, has now been suspended for over 10 months with no sign of change.

I have a horrible feeling that we're looking at something akin to UJO's operation in the USA - a bunch of small (nay tiny) fields, maybe offshore Louisiana, run by some good-ol boys who will take the skin off a sucker. And financed by the usual suspects with a monster dilution

and none of "those close to the company" - Ocelot etc have posted any possibilities so they clearly haven't been given a steer from the BOD yet.

As HITS says they won't be deploying the Bailiffs yet - they've probably sent in a Notice of Default just to protect themselves for the future and are now squeezing the BOD something awful. And of course the other big financiers will be circling

SS didn't take a pension he took some enormous bonuses instead - and he only ever bought stock when he was forced to.
