Fair point, can't argue with any of that although i think most of MDC success will be down to contracts/companies ( such as Boxnation / TWL ) using the Intabet platform. But yes certainly GoalMillions is ready for business and if some revenue is made it won't show / affect sp until re-listing so could enter on the up.Positive thinking. Regards Mike.

Think you have both hit the nail on the head. Personally I have got to the point where i would accept a flat/ poor RNS just to get it back up and re-listed, as i am in long term i have accepted a fall in sp on re-entry but as you say until it's back we are powerless. Wish i had the patience to only check every morning, logging on every bloody hour!! Stating the obvious but PJ must realise he cannot miss the start of 2013/14 season in August so hopefully he will be chasing the auditors.ATB.

The indices I were looking at showed 17.86% rise, if they are not correct so be it. However, you really need to attend Anger Management classes as you feel the need to copy and paste every time you make a comment. I notice that TWL the Company PJ has just become CEO of has risen nearly 20% in one day (Fri). I can't actually see any obvious reason for this therefore it just might mean that some news related to MDC or something behind the scenes is going on /about to happen. Possible RNS this week hopefully, just my opinion as to why the rise. ATB Mike

On typing in Intabet when the web page drops down there are a couple of report pages within the first 5 headings or so regarding the deal with Totepool about the signing of 'heads of terms' deal with the launch of Intabet / Media Corp. Now whilst some of you will shout this is dated Aug 12 there is nothing which states this is not still the case because it clearly states 'on launch' etc. Now at the share meeting just a couple of months ago PJ stated that he was in talks with amongst others Totepool which is a lot nearer than Aug 12 so on that basis the heads of terms deal is still on the cards. Totepool is worth Mkt Cap £200 million ( DYOR) and owns BetFred so it has the muscle without doubt to finance any advertising campaign it wants incl prime time TV. I am inclined to agree that whilst the suspension was not planned that it is in fact very much in favour to MDC in allowing them the time ( as frustrating as it is to us) to re-enter when it suits/with good RNS trading update. De rampers go ahead but the Totepool news is in black and white and until I hear / read anything to the contrary my guess is it is still very much alive. Good Weekend everyone

It would be advantageous, whenever / if re-submission occurs, to have Intabet/BetComparer/Goal Millions in place for the start of the new football 2013-14 season this mid August. The bigger prize will be take full advantage of those wanting to place a bet on the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, this being the biggest tournament on the planet if they don't take advantage then they never will. In my view needs to be seriosly up and running / resellers / advertising / marketing promotions in full swing in 4 weeks time, definitely before August.

BetComparer site now accepting log ins for e-mail addresses for people wanting to be updated. Can't be long away as Goal Millions followed the same programme before launch. It's not much but a move in the right direction as it did not accept log ins a couple of days just read only. ATB

I think everything that can be said has been said many times over so even the comments/posts are going round in circles. PJ is still Chairman, if he was going to resign he would have done so with the TWL CEO news. We just have to wait, nothing else to do other than keep repeating same old same old no pun intended) so I am not going down that road .RNS is the only thing now to wait for to know exactly what is going to happen

Joel PJ currently holds 13 positions of Directorships or Partnerships including: Career Plus Ltd 818 Ltd Etail Technology Eupay Card Ltd Invoicer Ltd Xworks Ltd and obviously Chairman of MDC. I would say that his involvement with these other companies has to be quite limited in input. I would agree with you if TWL was a completely different concern as to what MDC do but they are birds of a feather and his involvement, in my opinion, rather than a conflict of intersest it is just the opposite, one can help the other and it is a good strategic move. Both deal in online gaming/lottery so i think his interests lie in both.

As per my previous posts all i can say is that on April 30th PJ told me that Auditors are usually booked anything up to 6 months in advance but that they would deal with as quickly as possible. When I asked are we talking weeks or months he stated weeks and that it should be at the end of the month (May) with an AGM in June. As for a definite date obviously he will be at the hands of the Auditors. They will control this not PJ. The topic at the moment which has caused more uncertainty and confusion ( as if we have not had enough already) is the RNS issued by TWL (The Weather Lottery) which has announced PJ as their CEO. It looked as though he could jump ship but if you have not already done so i would read the RNS and form your own opinion. As i already posted there is a significant paragraph which states "The Board has been strengthened to support the launch of a new internet platform" blah blah. To me this is PJ convincing TWL to use the new Intabet platform for their 'products' and existing client base as he has done with Boxnation. With an existing client base it would bring in revenue overnight. This why I think an RNS is imminent from MDC even if it is to clarify MDC position with TWL which may/may not include news of the Audit. Eitherway I think it will be days now and not weeks. Just my opinions on trying to read between the lines of the TWL RNS.

Joe you are entitled to your opinion but I think Boxnation would have wanted to see proof of Inatbet as a viable platform before agreeing a 3 year contract, it would not have been on hearsay. It's my guess that TWL have been sold the Intabet platform and that this will be released in the next MDC RNS. However as I have stated repeatedly until an RNS from MDC it is guesswork as to what happens next. With PJ's appointment as CEO I think it brings an RNS sooner rather than later, goods news or bad. I don't think anyone will disagree with you that it was poor management and the annoying thing was that it was totally unnavoidable, if you look at the last few weeks posts you can see we have all been disappointed, dismayed, frustrated whatever. However for those that are invested and cannot do anything until lifting of suspension i think the question more appropriately now is where from here. Can PJ deliver the contracts needed to move forward and bring some revenue in. Time will tell, at least forgetting to file audits at Company House, however incompetent is not the same as the 'product' failing and being the cause of suspension. I hope the TWL new internet platform is Intabet, it would be an incredible coincidence if it is not. But I am not going to disagree with you as a lot of people have/are being put through worrying times needlessly. Regards Mike

As in Boxnation contract I think product names may well stay the same but the system / platform they use will be Intabet. I think TWL will keep popular brand names that are recognisable to existing customers and it doesn't really matter so long as the system is Intabet. If this is the case that Intabet will be the 'server' as it were for TWL then it would appear that PJ is finding it easy to sell /. convince Boxnation / TWL and hopefully others, many others, that Intabet is the future/way forward. It must appear to be a good system to prospective clients. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have just read the TWL RNS for the 5th time! and there is a paragraph which has started to stand out, to me at least which reads as follows: It is intended that Q3 2013 will see the rebranding of the Company, additional strengthening of the board to support the launch of an updated lottery platform as well as the strategic roll out of giving technology and payment products for customers. Now does anyone see what i am seeing, yes i could be wrong but obviously the strengthening of the Board is Phil Jackson, but it is my reckoning the launch of an updated lottery platform ( yes they use the word platform) may well be Intabet. I agree with Joel that this would be a very low below the belt situation if PJ has jumped ship. I am gaining some hope that he would have been obliged to at least inform his shareholders out of common decency and that the lack of that suggests you are right JS.Is this something to add as a positive with the trading update/Audit news? But he should have told us. I don't have as good a feeling about this at the moment as I have done.Hope I am wrong, big time. Mike

Guys I agree with what you say and I am not deramping just believe that if we prepare and are aware that the sp is more likely to drop initially then we can 'already factor it in' ( I believe that's the usual spiel ). If you look at my previous posts i have been very upbeat about MDC and actually went along to the AGM Share Meeting and PJ was in excellent spirits with all that was being lined up so yes I whole heartedly agree once we 'get over' the initial return to trading the potential should be exactly the same as before i.e multi-bagger and long term upward trend.

I think irrespective of whatever news is released at the lifting of the suspension there will be a sell off of some sorts. I think it is to be expected and some will, naturally, want to play safe, so the sp will go down in my opinion. There is a big difference with the sp going lower and recovering gradually than if the company was going into administration, lets remember the sp after xmas was as low as 0.04, we may see that again for a short while. Personally JP Sherwin's post of last Sat was absolutely perfect in that it covered everything that it could do without actually knowing for certain. It won't be long now probably not this side of Bank Holiday Monday though.
