Thanks JLF, Just thought with all the current anger around that people would 'vote' against to show PJ their disapproval but as understandable as that is it really would be cutting off your nose to spite your face (and both arms & legs!!). Ryn, Fair comments, I think if the share holders do not approve the resolutions then quite simply MDC will dissolve, it will go into administration and nobody will get a bean. Any revenue in that scenario will go to pay off the creditors and definitely not the shareholders. An approval, whilst not to everyone's liking will mean a consolidation of shareholders existing holdings into the newly named company Leopard Oil. That is the only way I can see any of us coming away with anything. Consolidation will be 100;1 or in my opinion 1000:1 where each share is worth £1 so existing holding of say 10 millions shares @0.1p ( value £10,000 ) will be 10 thousand shares @ £1 ( same vale ie £10,000). Just my thoughts, a no vote = diddly squat a yes vote something. ATB Mike

a decision eitherway. If people are correct in that there is a time limit of 6 months from de-listing to re-list or be struck off then from Apr 30 suspension means the end of Oct, if it is from day of Audit deadline ( March 31st) it will be end of Sept. Latest RNS was quite involved and said 1 transaction was in final stages and news soon so it is just possible that PJ knowing that re-listing/decision is iminent has grabbed a holiday with the view of a fresh start on return / hit the ground running in the knowledge that no holiday breaks are likely for him in the foreseeable. It might just be he is not on hols but an avoidance ploy, who knows. I am heavily invested here and have struggled to remain up beat ( loss of sleep etc) like everyone else but it's all i can cling to until the outcome is certain. I am very confident of one thing and that is that I believe PJ has already made/known the decisions/outcome for a while now and is waiting for the right moment ( "timing is everything" was a previous quote) and i believe once B/Hol Monday is out of the way an RNS will be issued most likely Mon 02 Sept. We have a choice, get angry and jump up and down or remain calm, the outcome will not be affected by either but we will be. Regards Mike

with JoeLeForce, this is from about 15 months ago, Eyeconomy went into administration some time ago, the reason it will have the same address as Vamasoft is that it was the digital advertising arm of MDC and the same address therefore.( now that Vamasoft have moved in next door) Good bit of excitement though while it lasted, who knows something equally good as this may be a reality soon!!! this is not a year old, hope i am wrong but the Tote partner launch was signed a year ago and the paragraph below about Eyeconomy is the worry in that it was sold off ( Eyeconomy, that is) some time ago. John, I think the last RNS was so involved in content it has had a slightly numbing effect in the interpretation of which direction it could go in, ambiguous in the very least, and yet hope in the sheer volume of possible deals, mergers, buyouts etc. After reading it several times the comment on basically whatever happens transaction wise that it would likely lead to the sale of the existing business but have to be put to a shareholder vote has left me wondering if a shareholder vote can take place before it re-lists ( as it is suspended from share dealing/trades etc ) or that it has to re-list with the deals/intentions put forward in the re-list RNS so that the vote is then able to take place. My interpretation is that some sort of cash injection will take place and something of the existing business has to be sold for that to happen. I believe that the Bank Hol Monday will be got out of the way first before any RNS is issued and the likelihood is the 1st Mon in Sept will be a defining moment, whatever the content. There simply is not a lot of time left anyway before we hear. Regards Mike

This is my worry John. The easy answer is if MDC keep their name and re-list as before, even with new 'companies/business' uses their name as stated in RNS then our shares will just be re-activated on re-list as before suspension. I can only guess that ( and am ready to be corrected ) if a merger happens or a buy out with a new name then the equivalent amount of shares/value that each person holds is transferred across to the new named/shares. I am hoping the only way we can lose our shares,if that makes sense, is JLF's poser that MDC go into administration and then is bought out by the ex- director's and start up under a new name/company. Not much help and stating the obvious which I am sure you already know but i think a conversion of some sorts to the shares will happen so long as MDC keep trading no matter what name they assume in a buy out etc. JoeLeForce/anyone do you have/had any experience with dealings such as this ( buy outs/mergers etc) with regards to existing shareholders position/outcome. John, first of all I think we have to keep our feet on the ground as many were writing this off ( which could still happen although looking less likely). The big one for me is that the Audits while mentioned in the RNS they are still not finished and the single reason we have been waiting for 3 months or so for re-listing to happen. With regards to the Audits it does look like they will 'be accepted' due to the amount of contract/ buy out activity going on behind the scenes, you would not continue down that path if audits were not promising. The share price will hinge on the direction PJ takes, selling existing business/ cash injection/ merging etc so that for me is impossible to call. If you look at his CV Background PJ's forte is Marketing so personally there is no one better placed as to a strategy plan for marketing, the key is having the cashflow/financial muscle or back up to be able to promote to the media and i think Goal Millions has proved that the resources are not there (yet) to make it known to the masses. I think the reaction when it re-lists will be slightly different with the latest RNS in that there will be a period of reflection and a wait and see what happens to the share price on returnn as opposed to a mass sell off because at 0.1p there is a lot of room for a potential multi-bagger still. If it goes to just 0.2 that's a 100% gain, same scenario how many years in a bank account to get 100% equivalent interest. I guess that's why we are all here. Just my thoughts Regards Mike

I have just typed in Vamasoft Gaming on Internet and its website page is stating address as 49 Carnaby Street London which just happens to be home of Phil Jackson and Media Corp ....interesting in itself. Just read today ( Wed 07th ) that BetFred have signed a deal with the new BT Sports giant to promote all in their 1,700 outlets. What a missed opportunity when you think it was a year ago that heads of terms were signed with Totepool ( owned by BetFred) to launch in partnership with Intabet. All that was needed was Intabet to meet launch date and we would all be sitting pretty, they don't come any bigger than BT. PJ must be kicking himself and I don't say that nastily as it would seem now that he has got to sell the family silver ( Intabet) to stay alive. Genuinely such a pity. Just such a great opportunity missed, my thoughts only. ATB

Completely agree that it is somewhat confusing as their are several permutations to what the outcome could be. Personally think that decision has been made for some time now and the clue for me is in the last sentence of "advanced stage of talks etc". But what I don't get is if the business is sold off and a cash injection to the company and new directors to come on board, what is their to come on board to? What will MDC have as a 'product'? to move forward with or am I getting this completely wrong. I am assuming they will sell Goal Millions / Intabet / Betcomparer etc. Don't mind admitting I am 100% rudderless in my understandings. Kind Regards Mike

Apologies Clive, do you mean you are not happy with the response or your initial assessment of answer from PJ being the reason you have removed post reply. Also don't mind admitting I am totally confused by RNS, would you happen to know if that in the situation MDC is bought out would our shares automatically be transferred to the new Company. I take some comfort that this would be put to a shareholder vote ( so would only vote in the direction of what is to be in the shareholders interest/advantage in theory) Regards Mike

Whilst not sure I would have thought once the auditors have given the all clear and the AIM receive this then they willl iaise with MDC to agree a date for re-listing which would then be announced through an RNS. Quite happy to be corrected but have not heard of hold up issues in the past once audits have been ok'd. JP have you had anything recently to suspect submission is not far away. Regards Mike

At least he is still singing from the same song sheet and that it is as it has always been an Audit issue although this sounds like something else has been picked up by the new auditors to what was known before.
