I too am of the opinion this will suspend and re-list in a couple of months or so but well within the 6 month timeframe. The reason for me is the wording from Jaap in his last RNS where he stated words to the effect that he will show due diligence to any deal before signing on the dotted line so as to avoid the disappointment of the previous failed / attempted rto, he won't rush this for the shareholders to actually get the company and therefore shareholders a better deal On the subject of this code1 if it is a forerunner to an rns due could that be simply a regulatory rns stating June Jacobs now has a 3%+ holding and nothing more, along the lines of Browntown etc. atb

Yes to suspend near 0.1 would be good as it is a higher Launchpad price when we have asset news and re-lists, I am not being negative but as you say these rises whilst encouraging even if they fall back are happening whilst most people are still 50% - 70% down on their book price so keeping my feet on the ground in the world of reality. atb

walking up of sp by mm's towards 0.7 / 0.08 from a low so that their buddies TW, BMD, DickH,, Sharemuppets can take their 20% trade profit. Ignoring these weekly fluctuations until asset news which will come during suspension in my view and probably for the better as it will stop this manipulation. atb

Agreed Boom but seeing as no news from the company eitherway, good or bad then the volatility is solely down to mm's who set the sp, basically it is not a direct result of a company announcement, as you say we were 0.08 on Fri and nothing whatsoever has been added or taken away and we now trade at 0.05. We have no control over sp so not bothered by the daily ups and downs, we are still the same cash shell looking for an rto as we were with sp at 0.17. atb

Yes absolutely, but shows to me he is still engrossed in the industry and feels qualified enough to give a publicised talk. He may not directly promote Gwik but smacks of still having a hunger about the oil & gas world.

To join a company and a few weeks later be giving a talk suggests he wouldn't do it if a little while later he fails in his new venture. Sounds like he is as keen as ever. Enjoy your holiday. atb

Excellent find on Jaap and the paragraph which stood out for me also was the Turkey reference, believe he will make a deal regardless, how big a deal that's a different matter. I think Amanda will be priming investment companies as we speak. atb

Total rubbish, out goings practically nil, no one taking an income other than Jo Kendrick and that is £20k a year, a pittance against £1.3m cash asset. Legal costs? winding down a company that is a shell would be straight forward and done as cheap as chips. The only mugs here are those selling at 0.05.

Pompey agree but more importantly is now the balance in depth that Amanda brings with her financial background with investment institutions etc. We know about Jaap & Jo background of geology / oil , gas & Petrochemical on the ground expertise but now we have another dimension that adds a lot of weight with known acquaintances in the financial investment sector. Amanda's cv reads as good as any in her field so for me a good balance now. atb

Can't believe mm's would ever be in cahoots to ever do that. Oh wait a minute that has happened every week for the last 5 weeks. Silly old me. The sooner this is suspended until asset news the better, at least then TW, BMD, Sharemuppets, DickH will not be able to print money at will on this share. Still chilled.

It's in the Rns, quite simply £1.3m cash in the bank divided by shares in issue gives 0.06p. atb
