If you read my post I have actually been very conservative hence my answer to Boom who suggested my prediction of 0.3 be extremely low on re-listing. So my prediction for all to see on re-listing is 0.3, because that would only require a rto to the value of £5/6m Market Cap and there would not be much point in doing a deal any lower than that. My whole pence prediction if you read it again was once the asset was made then bigger institutions would come in and I see growth and sp rising quite quickly due to that. Please quote all info if you are going to question posts and not just pick out the bits you want otherwiase people might have you down as a serial de-ramper and looking at your post history its obvious you are not lol. Anyway those are my reasons for stating what I did and you are entitled to disagree.

A prediction is just that a prediction, you have added two separate posts together but to reiterate those who want to load the dice in their favour: I predict multiples of sp rise from this price 0.05 on relisting and after growth and investment from bigger institutions which I stated is why I believe Amanda was brought in to at least a whole pence not long after, how much exactly is anyones guess. A prediction and I am holding to that.

Hi Boom123 as of you I am intrigued and very happy that we have Amanda on board as we know from the Directorate Change RNS she is a Specialist Fund Manager and presumably brought in for only one reason and I think that is once deal has been announced she will strive for inward investment from institutions alike for Gwik allowing Jaap to grow this baby from scratch. atb

It is possible after being suspended the 1st time that Jaap on approaching a 2nd suspension may reiterate that progress is being made and despite another suspension that does not stop the talks or negotiations from continuing and that he expects an asset to be secured within the 6 mths timeframe. That could well be released in an rns but if it doesn't then surely that is the situation anyway so eitherway it is up to Jaap and his investment strategy for want of a better word. atb

As our current position is a cash shell we don't actually have anything whatsoever, zilch, to promote other than an intention of using the cash in the bank to use as an investment strategy of a RTO when one that is suited to Jaap & Co believes is the right one and in his words "after due diligence". I don't actually know any companies who promote without substance or fact, intentions are what CP used and look where that got us. Soon be Xmas.

With CP shouting his mouth off at the wonderful RTO that was coming shareholders way then an embarrassing failure and suspension I think Jaap would be insane to release anything before it is a done deal and score a second own goal after CP's. That is why he will not release anything in the public domain my opinion and I don't blame him either.

Apart from the RNS's the answer as far as I am aware is no, there is nothing in the public domain. For those that attended the momentus meeting a couple of months ago Jaap was happy to relate his investment strategy and intentions but as they were just that, intentions, then they would not be put in an rns or made public. As I stated in an earlier post last week the Half Year Report RNS relates where Gwik are situated in terms of cash and what they propose to do with that regarding a rto and moving the company forward. But then that has always been the case even when the sp got 0.17 it was on hearsay and peoples thoughts, i.e the Thrace Basin, California etc, nothing was in the public domain then either and it was all guesswork. I think everyone is aware of that 2 weeks before suspension date, either be in or get locked out, that is my take on it and I will be locked in. atb

Hi mate, my point actually being I think the sp will grow more gradual once re-listed, if we suspend, which I suspect will happen, rather than re-list at 1p immediately, I cannot see that happening personally I reckon 0.3ish with good growth by Xmas and much better sp (even if not 2p :¬). atb

I think it will be more than 0.3 very quickly once the deal is announced I expect fund managers to be ushered in by Amanda and that to happen within a week or so, even after the initial sell off by PI's not wanting to wait I see this going up quite quickly again. Why? because Jaap stated he wanted to grow a Company from scratch and possibly will as show.me stated not just be looking at several companies but actually acquire more than one deal but finance the others off the success of the first one. This to me is how he will grow the company and they ( all the acquisitions ) will be under the Gwik umbrella. We have to see but definite multiples on re-listing from this sp and a couple of whole pence by Xmas, and that is not far away and worth the wait. atb

Hi Boom,I don't think we will hear any news prior to suspension and whilst I fully understand wanting a higher sp base as the launch pad price on re-listing it actually is different with rto's in that I don't think it is affected by the existing % rise on relisting. As I understand the rto will value Gwik as a company with a Market Cap which then reflects on the setting of the sp. So if the rto is, just for example, worth $10m evaluation of Gwik's new worth then the sp will be set to that irrespective if it suspends on 0.05 or 0.1. Gwik will no longer be a cash shell but have an sp calculated against the rto. I also believe it will re-list around 0.3 as an immediate return ( which will disappoint many) but rise quite quickly when big / institutional investors / fund managers are aware of growth potential, probably within the same week, due to the new financial whizz kid (Amanda) who has come on board solely for that reason and has a lot of finance contacts on first name terms per se. So whilst people joke about not wanting to be out of this if they are not in by Sep 03 then they are locked out of the re-rate and whilst we cannot predict that return spit will be a few multiples of todays sp no matter what. atb mate

I agree with your post that people want their minds putting at rest but I think Jaap has actually said a lot more than CP ever did in the last RNS Aug 08 ( The Half Year Report one ). To quote from the Business Overview section ( in answer to the failed acquisition which he mentions in the previous paragraph) he states: " The Company has reviewed and is currently in the process of reviewing various other projects and opportunities in the natural resources sector" In the section under the heading Outlook he states: ".......conducting due diligence on a number of natural resource targets and given our strong cash balance the Company will implement its investment strategy in due course". He talks about shareholder frustration which CP was oblivious to and I genuinely believe this rns has shown he understands our postion but unfortunately until a deal is signed he is and cannot give information away on a deal which is not finalised and could jeopardise the outcome in the same vain as CP counting his chickens before they come home to roost. I am confident a deal will be done but feel this will happen during the early months of suspension but if peeps read the rns it does show Jaap understands our situation and has given as much as I think he can divulge at present. Others may disagree and that is their right. atb

SDM1965 that's why I am not bothered if this suspends as then they will either be locked in or locked out, just a couple of weeks to go for suspension and then a re-rate when it re-lists. I am staying put. atb

Lets hope so, but genuinely I would not give away your de-risk sp i.e 0.4 as others may well set a 0.39 sell/short order on a big ish scale. atb

I too am of the opinion this will suspend and re-list in a couple of months or so but well within the 6 month timeframe. The reason for me is the wording from Jaap in his last RNS where he stated words to the effect that he will show due diligence to any deal before signing on the dotted line so as to avoid the disappointment of the previous failed / attempted rto, he won't rush this for the shareholders to actually get the company and therefore shareholders a better deal On the subject of this code1 if it is a forerunner to an rns due could that be simply a regulatory rns stating June Jacobs now has a 3%+ holding and nothing more, along the lines of Browntown etc. atb

Yes to suspend near 0.1 would be good as it is a higher Launchpad price when we have asset news and re-lists, I am not being negative but as you say these rises whilst encouraging even if they fall back are happening whilst most people are still 50% - 70% down on their book price so keeping my feet on the ground in the world of reality. atb
