Not a criticism but not sure AIM is for you mate. The LTH's are locked in, if you want to buy in after suspension you will have to pay considerably more than the current sp. Just go careful and be diligent. atb

Totally agree, I have stated all along that 0.3 would be an initial sp on re-list and still believe it will take off quite quickly from there. Those who hold will see whole pence imo, certainly if and when the oil flows which Jaap believes will be by next year which is only a few months away.

need to give Jaap a bit of credit regarding I think he knows what he is doing don't you. He has 50 years experience and dealing with Nomads, they probably know the score of what they can and can't do , he has also stated more to follow.

I don't think this will require shareholder approval if it lists on AIM as i3. Anyone know for definite.

Have to agree if we hadn't of been suspended this would be a huge sp rise, never mind see where this goes, still could be. Who knows with the revenue that comes from this Jaap may well ( no pun intended ) farm in to other potential wells, after all he did say he wanted to grow the company from scratch, don't think he will stop here imo. atb

Absolutely, looks like Jaap is a dark horse, who would have thought a UK Company and the North Sea ! Takes away the uncertainty of a 'banana republic' deal that is largely unregulated and all that goes with it per se. Well done Jaap. atb

Agree a lot sooner than I thought, also they state actually producing by H2 so no doubt in their mind that it will be a duster but actually producing, that is a very bold and confident statement. For me that is when the sp will rise dramatically as barrels convert into £'s. Will PI's wait till then, I suspect many won't but that is their choice but a strike in an oil well that produces at North Sea rates will be a big shot in the arm sp wise when it happens. I am going to sit this out as I still believe this will be whole pence and not too long to wait. Looking forward to more RNS's. atb

Nobody posted 10p, yes 10 bagger but not 10p. Actually someone posted 25p, it was you. On Feb 23 2016 your entire post was: why stop at 1p, why not 3 or 5p or 25p?. So whilst your response was at someone looking at multi-bagging they had quoted 1p not 10p. Hell of a difference. Posting this now long after it has been suspended is bizarre though.

absolutely, but whatever the deal the consensus on these bb's even from non investors is the opinion that a deal will be made irrespective, so that is encouraging. atb

Thanks pustule, I agree there will be quite a bit of info in RTO / Asset RNS its just sometimes face to face you can pick up a bit more detail than what is officially released. I am sure they will be happy to answer PI's questions, within reason of course. atb

Assuming an rto is announced and along with it an EGM to vote on proposed deal would the meeting be a quick vote only affair or would there be a chance for those who attend to put questions to Jaap & Co. I have only attended AGM's where resolutions have been voted on and they are a very quick affair over in a few minutes. Anyone had experience of such a scenario before. atb

I was actually posting about it could be a good Xmas and went back and read your post before completing. Great minds think alike and as I stated before I am happy with a slow burner and believe it will take off fairly quickly once initial rto secured. atb

wish I had got in at 0.4, holding at 0.11 so should still make a profit if we re-list. Not so sure Gwik name is tarnished as if Jaap is talking to people in California ( Brownlow Holdings) or people in Turkey or Australia I don't think these companies will worry about twitter. The asset will be the meat on the bone, as the saying goes "whats in a name" atb

Pustule, yes until asset is known it will be just speculation but I think that we re-list comfortably within the 0.2/0.3 range as the asset will have a market cap value of its existing situation. The sp, as you know, got to 0.17 on rumour and speculation alone so that would be a 3 x multi-bagger from the current 0.6 with no asset. But we are all entitled to our opinions that is what these bb's are for. atb

I think we will re-list higher than 0.6 for a start, my point is trying to sell during a stampede so would prefer a lower more realistic price than a 10 bagger which some are expecting.

Quite often, (unless you have a sell order at a set price) the mm's won't let you sell straightaway ( if sp shoots up that is ) and you have to put in a trade deal and basically get what price you are given usually when it is on the way down as in the same breath if it rising quickly you can't get in at a low level and again at the mercy of a trade deal and usually have to buy in a lot higher. I have experienced this on more than one occasion. atb

one who wants this to re-list sensibly around the 0.3 mark. The reasons behind this are that if it comes back at 0.5 or above then there will be a heavy sell off, and understandably so as it is about making money / profit taking etc, but at the 0.2/3 mark I think it give the sp and company a chance to solidify, some will still sell out but I think an equal number will hold at that level, and stay for the expected decent rise when Amanda et al get big funding in and Jaap and Jo can use this for bigger rto acquisitions. Just want a steady gradual growth which could still get to 1p quite quickly but with more ordered selling and buying and allowing people to get out at their desired level without a stampede / panic sell. atb
