Re - RTO17 Nov 2016 11:07
Agree with pustule and spiceygoat but we would have to move pretty fast imo for an rto to take place, not sure if we have enough time considering we have started the ball rolling towards an IPO. On reading the last RNS Sep 15th the very last paragraph titled 'suspension' does state that if Gwik continues in its own right then it has to be an rto within 6 months, an IPO will not count as implementation of the required investment policy.
However if we IPO every penny of Gwik into i3e and then cease to exist as Gwik but become a fully fledged % holder of i3e then the rto rules don't apply or simply can't apply to a company (Gwik) that no longer exists.
So for me an IPO is the preferred route given the time frame, and yes an asset in an rto to boot would be a huge bonus!
That's my take on things and although not very eloquently explained I think I am right, but more than happy to be corrected
I usually am! (corrected I mean not right )
