This is a pretty big deal we are involved in circa $400m for i3 @$50 a barrel, so a percentage of that will be good for the sp. The wording in the RNS 'pre' IPO is interesting as it suggests to me we will have a discounted / preferential deal prior to listing on AIM which is where the 'material' gains will come from immediately.
'Material' gain not 'financial' gain is the wording and whilst it may actually refer to finance it could also mean for every 10 shares we hold we get one 'free' or at a discounted price, that to me is material gain. I could be totally wrong.
As for having no money for other projects, I strongly believe that when revenue comes in from the oil well, at 8,000 - 10,000 bopd that some of this, in time, could be reinvested in the form of another well and so on and that way the company will go for growth, just 2 wells at $60 will give a MarkCap of $1billion. It also means they do not have to look for funding elsewhere as they can use their own capital.
I still say early Nov and above is just my take on reading the RNS, either way I am quietly confident Gwik holders will get a good deal fro the IPO.
We just need to walk before we can run and get the deal done, that will be the first and biggest step on our journey.
