Working out the sp............3 Feb 2017 14:30
Apart from not knowing what the sp will re-list at once that has happened it will be relatively easy to work out sp once i3 are producing and what the multi-bagging will be (ish) for us.
Quite simply my reckoning is that once i3 re-list with funding sorted at say roughly £50m MarCap and our sp is valued at for arguments sake 0.1p pro -rata in % terms of that figure we can work out future sp with some accuracy ( because we are priced at a % holding to i3).
So if i3 go from £50m to £400m, their own calcs was 400m dollars from RNS once producing at $50 a barrel, but I have allowed for £ to $ parity due to oil price increase, then it will be a multi-bagger of 8x.
So even at re-list of 0.1p we should see 0.8 ish in summer / once oil coming out.
Yes fag packet calcs but easier than most companies to predict sp as we will have a fixed % to whatever i3 MarCap goes to.
If we have to wait for 6 months for a 8 x bagger or 6 x bagger personally for me that is not much of a hardship and worth the wait, quite a short wait really for the possible returns.
Just my take chaps and just showing that do not be too disappointed is sp re-lists lower than you expect as we will re-rate to i3 whenever their MarCap rises, have a good weekend.
