We don't need an rto if we IPO into i3. We do need an asset to rto into if we do that as well. We could have both mate but the IPO is the big one as to acquire an asset to rto into with no funds means we have to raise cash and dilute the hell out of Gwik to raise that cash, basically. But lets not take anything away, this is excellent news, full stop. atb

So "completed acquisition of Oil Well" which basically means its now a done deal and nothing in the way. Excellent news. atb

Hi gra1969, was actually going to post similar if only to get a bit of New Year chat going, but looking at the bigger picture it is quite relevant that if i3 MarCap is expected to be circa $400m on $50 per barrel then one can assume a pretty big mark up on company value if we are nearing $60 per barrel, every $ per barrel rise is all profit on each individual barrel produced and at 8000 - 10000 bopd expected production from N Sea so $10 or so rise is pretty significant and happening just at the right time imo. Would be nice to get an update soon on which well licence i3 buying so making it possible to track progress being made from OGA. atb

Hazard a guess, and I know that is all it can be, when they think we are likely to see i3 complete IPO / list on AIM. I know RNS states 6 month deadline is by Mar 05th. Given that Q4 2016 was quoted in RNS do others believe it must be imminent and just not rushed as nothing gained in the week up to Xmas, I am hoping it could be before end of Jan, don't really want it to go to the wire. Thoughts anyone. atb

Hi Boom, not sure it matters as company will be valued in line with the current and expected near term average of oil price. i3 did state a MarCap approx. $400m @ $50 per barrel once well is producing so it has put a solid base under that if as expected oil stays around $50 - $55. atb mate

Hi Boom, I think nomadic's post was very balanced and realistic. If OPEC do agree and a cut happens then oil should stay +$50 - < $60 and positive for IPO MarCap and whilst I agree the lower the better initially it could be close to £100m and multiply accordingly once producing. But a nice problem seeing as I have stated before it was not long ago I thought we had lost the lot, so more than happy, just would have been a nice Xmas present if it had happened a tad sooner. Still, a very prosperous New Year! as they say. atb

Looking likely OPEC are going to agree to a cut in production and oil currently $51. Relevant in that i3 stated that their MarCap would be circa $400m when producing based on $50. This can only benefit anyone who is also in the business of oil. atb

Steve they will converted in whatever vehicle they are held so in your case in your ISA. To trade you will have to go through your broker i.e Hargreaves Lansdown or whomever as you would anytime you wanted to trade as normal. atb

we know the value of sp for i3 we are all calculating it from our Gwik suspension sp of 0.06. We could be in for quite a surprise as we re-rate to i3 sp and not Gwik's. i3 could well have a MarkCap of $400m by summer and our sp will be a % of that so could well be +1p sooner than we think. atb

I am of the exact same thinking mate, I would rather have something that gives a decent return and is a fairly sure bet than roll the dice for huge gains but a chance of it not coming off. Don't get me wrong I want huge gains full stop but as I said before it was not long ago that I thought, along with most others, that we had lost the lot. Very happy to 'live to see another day' as it were and to get my money back and then some. atb

Morning all, a shell still has a value but obviously not as much as if it still held all the original cash so G Man is correct. It can still give a company a way in to listing on AIM for starters. Nothing to say that AVD is not working to raise funds to take Gwik into an rto as well as the planned IPO with i3e although time is passing by. This is AVD specialist field and she has raised over half a billion ( $500m ) so far if you look at her CV. atb

As a major initial shareholder ( i3e's words relating to Gwik) I would say that even those who hold the higher averages of 0.17 will see decent returns even on initial re-list. As I stated before those that can wait until oil is flowing will imo see excellent returns and many multiples of suspension price. It may be prudent at this stage to be neither too positive nor too negative until further news. All we can do now is wait and see. atb

I don't expect it 10 bag on release but think that will certainly be the case once the oil is flowing and generating revenues. A lot may well sell up on initial re-listing but for the sake of 6 months or so I think it will be well worth the wait to see where the sp sits on 10,000 bopd, don't think 1p is unrealistic by next summer. atb

Thanks for the reply, its a simple case really of how long is a piece of string, we just don't know. But I'm have said it before in that it wasn't that long ago that I thought we had probably lost it all back in the days of CP and suspension without warning when the initial rto failed, so to be discussing any permutation of possible scenario's of where we are now is a good one. atb

Thanks mate, my sentiments exactly, quite simply not enough time for an rto if starting from scratch, unless talks are well underway and we have a nice surprise in store. More than happy with an IPO. atb
