Hi Mate, its possible there will be an RNS tomorrow but I don't think so because its today, as you probably know, that is the 6 month strike off date. As we have not heard I think the extension not only has been given but it was not a big deal as many of us thought it was in the first place, certainly not to the Nomads who seemed un phased when I mentioned it last week. In my opinion this will continue for a while yet and it is my gut feeling a deal will eventually be done. As to how good the deal is or what it contains will be anyone's guess but I suspect it will be an overseas company, as past RNS's have stated the technology and saturation point for online gaming etc in this country from the big guns Ladbrokes, William Hill, Corals etc makes it unlikely there is any scope here, but I bet ( no pun intended) it will be a gaming deal of some sorts. Just my opinion. ATB.

have not had an RNS about being struck off ( nothing showing on Companies House not even impending) it would appear the Nomads I spoke to last week were correct in that an ongoing deal means it carries on until the outcome of that deal, obvious conditions may be attached. I think the only other RNS we will get is when the deal is finalised. I say this because with the huge disappointment of Leopard Oil getting as far a resolution/shareholder vote and with Lawyers and Nomads fees due I believe PJ will not want to issue an interim RNS to avoid another situation as that for it to fall at the last hurdle, better to release an RNS when he is as sure as he can be that it should succeed. He has already stated in a couple of previous RNS's that a deal is being discussed so not sure what he could put out ayway until it is completed or fails, it would not be anything new i.e Deal still ongoing.. etc. So might be a few more weeks yet and yes it could still fall at the last hurdle!! The next news will be an RNS which has to be before Oct 30th, designated strike off date 6 months from start of suspension. What it will contain is anyone's guess, but there has to be one even if announcing an extension, which I suspect. If it contains a winding up procedure then so be it but seeing as we have 7 working days or sooner is there any point raking over the last 6 months for the sake of it. There is nothing that hasn't been said at least a dozen times over. I am just as tired and stressed as all those invested and have waited 6 months and can wait another week, or sooner for an outcome or it put to bed. A week will soon go by. ATB

I asked this question and expected, as you might think, the answer would be 1 month, 3months or whatever. But the reply was quite ambiguous and somewhat a repetition of if there is a deal on the table the extension would be granted. So I assumed that the extension would continue for the duration of the deal in question at the time. Obviously it wouldn't be allowed indefinitely but then no deal goes on forever and the result of any deal would probably be sooner than the extension being reviewed. It does make sense from a company perspective that whilst a deal is being discussed that it is allowed to see it through, generally speaking, so long as it is not obviously stalling tactics and a sham deal. Sorry I can't be more specific. ATB

will be if the Audits get passed. If re-listing is not allowed then no deal no matter how good will be worth anything. It would be an excellent start. It would still be a mammoth task and hard work in securing deals, and revenue is needed like yesterday but that will be the incentive for PJ to put his marketing knowledge in overdrive knowing he is allowed to re-list. We just need that little bit of good news and acceptance of Audits might just might be the little ray of sunshine needed out of the last 6 months of gloom. I know it is still very much against us but sometimes the underdog manages to win through, not a lot else to say until next RNS, which is soon. ATB Mike

I spoke with nomads on Monday and depending on opinion it wasn't total doom and gloom, i.e a couple of things were stated albeit not in finer detail and that was that if a deal was on the table or ongoing ( which apparently it is ) then an extension to the 'struck off' date whilst not a formality the overwhelming likelihood is that it is usually granted if applied for, striking off companies is not done out of bloodymindedness but there has to be a reason to extend it and they are usually happy to do so.. So this may well drag on ( my words not theirs) past the Oct 30th deadline. They also suggested that the Audits from MDC end had been completed and were in the hands of the lawyers to get them accepted and are waiting for a verdict but also stated that they were not allowed any input in the decision making ( that part rings true from audits at my work where the auditors have been quite abrupt and stated to be left alone, obviously aware of attempts to butter them up for a favourable audit result). This would suggest the couple of problems that were holding them up have been ironed out to be put forward for inspection but doesnt mean its definite they will be accepted ( my view and stating the obvious) Finally i pushed as hard as I could for their opinion of an update and RNS and asked if within the next of couple of weeks ( end of next Friday) and they said in their view it would be before then. They obviously knew more than they were letting on but it did seem a bit more favourable than some of the responses that people here have had. Just to add I am heavily invested here, way too much unfortunately so not ramping or wishful thinking, all the above is correct but I know it is still very precarious at a positive outcome. Lets see if that RNS does come out, we only have 7 or so work/week days left to wait. P.S If people aren't invested here, you know who you are , please refrain from commenting,go on other boards if you feel the need to get off on people losing money. ATB

No need to apologise, it has been and still is very draining mentally for all invested. Quite simply those 2 words stay tuned speak volumes to me. Practically every answer PJ has given to all people in the past has appeared to be a combination of placation, defensiveness,, hope etc. This is the 1st time the answer has a confidence standpoint, not cocky or arrogant but almost " i will have the last laugh / a deal is close to being pulled off". The huge question is and still remains even when the deal is announced will it be to nothing if the audits cannot be accepted for re-listing. That's the bigger picture and we are hanging by a thread ( no pun intended) but we have not dropped yet. No need to reply. ATB Mike R

You have misread my comment. My opinion is not against your e-mail reply or thread, I was actually trying to work out what PJ meant by the stay tuned comment, not your no opinion etc which you are entitled to. I stand by strongly on what I said about JLF finding it funny when people lose money, its not, especially when people invest their childrens nest eggs etc. If others find that amusing then it must be me that is in the wrong. I will say it again I think the stay tuned comment is actually a strong hint something is being done with regards a deaL and an anouncement will follow and I was pleased that you shared it with us, that is all my friend I am saying. Hi Mate, Can't help being a bit intrigued at the stay tuned reply at the end of I won't give up. I say that when I don't want people to go away because I am about to say something or add something in the near future. Why not say I wont give up, still hanging in there or I won't give up I am doing the best I can. This suggests an RNS is due and IMO has a confidence ring to it in that something is in the offing. Also JLF i think it shows an awful lot about you if you find it funny when ordinary people are losing up to10k or more. To me these boards are for helping people make money, giving advice, sharing tips etc. At least you have shown your true colours, here and on other boards that you are not even invested in. Its called being a troll.Get a life.

Hi Mate, Yes I can see that, it was more to the comments that were removed which were probably above the normal level of protest and had become almost slanderous, so just stating what JLF said about be careful what is put on public viiew but nothing wrong with your response or having a good moan. One of my concerns similar to my first post is that for an extension of Oct 30th struck off date to take place I believe MDC or whoever is applying for an extension has to have a concrete reason / case to put forward and one that is above all else ( other than audits being accepted of course) is if a 'deal' is on the table and being worked on. So again I am only thinking of us invested here that despite what people may think of PJ it does appear he is still trying to do a deal and as he stated to someone earlier, not me, that it would be far easier for him to wind up the company and walk away which he has not done. Above all else we have a few weeks left before whatever the outcome is and as with you and everyone else lets hope its in our favour. ATB Mate.

I love your optimism! Whilst there is a possibility still of a deal, and that is what we are being told, there is always hope but I understand people's frustration and anger. Nobody wants to lose money, no matter what amount. My niggling concern that I have and it is purely to protect us share holders is that if I was a director of a company and looking to do a deal with MDC I would probably look, out of interest, at chat sites like this to get independent / real feedback because MDC will want to make all the right noises. So my worry is if we slate MDC off in public it just could be a possibility that it may hamper a deal. Any prospective person could read this and get cold feet because of it, pie in the sky? maybe but even if it increases the chance of a deal by 1% I think we need the best shot. I repeat my concern is for US and not PJ. if people want to vent anger / frustration or whatever still do it but personally I would do it via his e-mail address and not shoot ourselves in the foot while there is even the slightest glimmer of a deal. As for Gon I would settle for a rise of 1000% on re-listing not 2,700% don't want to be greedy!! ATB Mate

Hi mate, In theory it should happen automatically, I am with Halifax Share Dealing and it was only when I contacted them to send me a form of proxy ( so I could vote ) were they aware of the meeting and proposals on the 16th. Not by coincidence that afternoon I received an e-mail from Halifax stating me to check my Share Dealing Account for message. I had to open message and read it , it was meeting!!!, and once i did this then my CREST account was activated for consolidation. I don't have to do anything else but the fact I read the message sent them a confirmation that i was aware basically and had been informed. If I were you I would contact Barclays and ask if they were aware of the meeting or ask for a form to vote by proxy and this will prime them as this will have to be issued by the share dealing team. Sorry a bit rushed, on my way home from work. Hope it makes sense, if not will respond first thing tomorrow. Regards Mike

All you are doing now is to provide entertainment to all the recent posts who have suddenly materialised from no where, certainly haven't been on this board since before March and certainly not invested, they have succeeded in winding up those that have 'lost'. The new company, despite a probable sell-off on opening, will not have the pressures of MDC in any shape or form. They don't need a gaming license, will not owe creditors, will not have problems with HMRC, these debts will be paid off by by any realised assets, and certainly won't need to find wages for 37 staff every month They will basically operate by and large from terminals / electronically so overheads will kept to a minimum. The mistake ( understandable) is comparing them with MDC and MDC's performance who are dead in the water. They are gone. If Leopard Oil were moving into gaming/ betting then I would be in despair but they are totally removed from MDC product wise. PJ will probably move on but the 2 new directors are, judging by their cv, experienced in their field Leopard Oil are going into ( Gas/Oil) then there is no reason why they cannot perform steadily and cope with an initial sp drop. Shares issued ( dilution ) will be used in raising cash to Invest, buy assets to make money and raise sp. I have looked at Dan Mailing and Jeremy Talor -Firth previous company history and there are some big names who they are still connected to. It's my belief that they have probably already lined up prospective 'clients' interested from the onset of a new company start up. Whilst I don't know the outcome the trolls on here also don't know. We have 2 weeks and that very statement is fact that if administration/winding up had occured not even that date in 2 weeks would exist but it does. Final word, those invested should be putting their energy into making sure their nominee accounts are in order, you should have received e-mails from nominee's stating consolidation notification, if not start contacting them, if you think this is bad imagine the conversion to your accounts being done incorrectly/not at all ( despite being done by electronic transfer they will still be in putted by staff!). We waited 4 months without a date now we have one. ATB

It's just possible that a sell-off might not be possible first thing on 17th as everyone is assuming the conversion will be seamless and ready for 8am trading. Other consolidations recently Pinn ( Pinacle Technology for e.g ) the shareholders who had nominee accounts i.e trading through Halifax Share Dealing etc whilst the conversion in monetary value was calculated, in our case say £0.95 / 95 pence the volume of shares to be converted took several hours so people's accounts looked like they had won the lottery financially ( new increased sp no reduction in share volume!). The point being they could not trade/deal and that took several hours. Just read their posts after consolidation took place. This actually, if it happens, may temper a dramatic fall in sp, solely because people's accounts will be staggered. It may not happen to all but best be prepared for those expecting to sell straight away, factor in stress levels! My guess anyway only trade deals will be accepted and you will get what price you are given, personally that's not for me but my choice. Have mentally accepted that I thought I had lost everything so will sit it out and see what sp is at Xmas. Hi Drakey, Not sure how much of a website an investment company can have in terms of detail as stated before they have no products etc to promote. i think when up and running there is likely to be a web page stating names of Directors, Office address, Nomad and contact no.s etc. I think that will be about it. Hi CP22, Also people on here are assuming that from day 1 there will be a dilution of 100 million share issue. That would be commercial suicide. It will be done in stages and each time the money will be invested in some form ( even buying up stock seen as assets in the mid to long term for security/ collateral ). I genuinely believe that the dilution will not be no where as heavy on the sp as some suggest, not criticising them they are entitled to their opinions and respect that, but the bottom line is we are not trying to manufacture or sell a product. I am attending the meeting and will speak to the new directors and report back to those that interested in what they have to say, I have got quite a few questions for them myself including why investors should come over to Leopard Oil and what have they got to attract them. Because one thing for sure to me is that they won't be able to rely on the odd 1 - 2k penny share investor they will be looking at serious investors looking for serious returns and that will be the big guys. IMO.

for those that are saying perhaps vote against and realise some assets please read the circular last paragraph in bold where it states that if not recommended then there will be a winding up of the company and any assets will go to pay creditors/debts. Shareholders will not get anything. That's it. You are not invested here, obviously. The new company will be an investment company, it will invest/buy assets with money raised with new share issues/dilution. So any money raised will be used in attempt to make money. There is no product, no research & development costs, there will not be 37 staff as in MDC to find wages for. There will be a handful of staff at best so costs and overheads will be much more favourable than at MDC. To all those favouring administration then you are not invested here despite what you say, quite staggering to think you are getting off on this. Everyone invested vote FOR and we get something, shares in a new company. How will it do? I don't know but I would rather have something that in 6 months a year may get me my money back and more. Any *****ing sessions on here now are pointless. Time to move on and it's a no brainer if you are invested here. ATB Mike
