You can set your clock by it so I genuinely don't give a monkeys until asset news and if this is suspended for a few weeks after Sep 03rd bloody good job because the sharemuppets, BMD's and Doc H's won't get their weekly 15% traders profit. That's all that is happening here, the buys of 7m or so are the above crew getting in at low level and the same guys trading a couple of days later for decent quick % profit. So please no more talk of 0.1p every time it approaches 0.08 because I know whats coming next, surprised a few more don't. Have a good evening and chill until news. atb

What people have to remember is if we have no asset news before suspension on Sep 03rd whilst that means we have 6 months to complete the deal the talks and negotiations from Jaap & co will continue as normal and it could be done end of Sep or in Oct etc. Whilst we are locked in for 6 months, as soon as deal is done we will re-list. My own personal view is, and that's all it is, is that the deal will happen around early Oct and we will suspend for 3- 4 weeks. My reason is the feedback from Jaap's momentus meeting last month. He is not concerned about the deadline and will not rush the deal just to appease shareholders ( who will ultimately benefit in Jaap taking time to get everything spot on) atb

Then I am glad he is no longer Director of EuPay as I have been a staunch supporter of Phil Jackson and voiced this many times. Glad to be wrong and man enough to stand corrected. Sold out of Box to invest elsewhere over a year ago not out of disappointment but trying to make gains elsewhere. Genuinely hope this comes good for all those still invested. atb

The Director of Eupay Ltd is I believe Phil Jackson. If I am wrong I stand corrected but I think this is the case. If so it does suggest some pretty awful internal conflicts within Boxhill to get this far. Perhaps others can shed some light. atb

Hi mate all I can say is I have met Phil Jackson on several occasions and had discussions with him in person and also many more phone conversations. I can only speak for myself but Phil is a man of high integrity, honesty and above all else understands the importance of shareholders to a company and sets his loyalty to the highest level in rewarding them. In answer to your question is this in safe hands I have no doubt that it is, he has intelligence , business knowledge and is a bloo*dy nice bloke! atb

It was easier to go straight to administration. Why pay Lawyers and Nomads £20k plus, albeit on an option that failed, when there was no need. Who has gained from a set up. Neither us or PJ would gain as any assets would go to Debtors / Inland Revenue. I think people will never agree on here just interested to hear from those if a deal does come through as to theIR views on a set up then. Only time will be able to answer that. No need to be intrigued as to who I am behind the name. I am just invested here far too heavily not to communicate with PJ or MDC or whoever to try and see if we can get something back. I am aware of those who are not invested and the sudden arrival of new user I.D 's so concerned despite not posting anything for the last 6 months etc. So I don't play games and can't be bothered with some on here. Why do I think it is Gas and Oil.? Simply because despite falling at the last hurdle Leopard Oil got as far as an 18 - 20 page resolution document drawn up by Lawyers ( and yes one side got it wrong ) with Nomads input and probably a £20k bill all for nothing which still had to be paid. PJ stated that it will be a new sector ( not gaming) and most of the work has already been done so re-submission costs very low. Therefore, not wasting my energy on those people not invested, I try and work out the possibles and I keep coming back to a re-vamped deal with the new investors but 90% of the groundwork of Leopard Oil but with the 2 points the other Lawyers got wrong removed / ironed out. That's it. Guess what? I could be totally wrong, probably am, but at least posting genuine thoughts on what little feedback I get, and I think I get that because I am still being civil in my correspondence (I admit for my own ends ) despite probable heavy losses. I have had some feedback from MDC and they are working on an interim solution to keep shareholders informed. They are currently looking at Britdaq and a couple of others. The Britdaq website http://www.britdaq.com/ So they are working on it and will make a final decision soon as to how they will update shareholders. As soon as I have heard I will post, unless a generic e-mail goes out to all.

Hi Mate, As for people invested during Purple Lounge / predecessors who want to make a complaint then that is entirely up to them and wouldn't blame them. That will not come back to PJ however, it simply can't he was not on board as you know. If people want to make a complaint here also while a deal appears to be on the table that is also their right. However do they want at this stage to have to deal with Lawyers, which is what it will be I am afraid to uphold a complaint, it is not done by e-mails!t I think that is what caused the big change of heart overnight from Northenrnad after putting in a complaint to FCA ( nothing personal northernlad total respect for you mate) The pure panic in JLF last post when he thought we may still get re-submission and the few posts leading up to it that were normal comments shows he is an agitator who is not invested and wants to stir it up and 'get off' on it when people have lost money. He can't even decide if he is a male or female, serious issues I think. If re-submission does not take place then that for me is the time to start legalities/requests to Registrar's etc. Reading between the lines I have a few thoughts which make me think that they will stay with the new sector ( Gas and Oil) and it will certainly be easier, if it is going to happen, outside the shackles of AIM. Everyone also knows when you are receiving bad feedback to your posts that you create another User I.D and post under that. The saddest thing lately is that you have even responded and answered your own posts under a different name!!! JOEL JUST TELL EVERYONE WHY YOU ARE POSTING ON A BOARD YOU ARE NOT INVESTED IN, WE ACTUALLY HAVE NOT HAD AN ANSWER YET TO THIS PHENOMENON. The talk is still about a deal on the table, succeed or fail I believe at this stage that the deal is a truth and re-submission keeps being repeated. Speaking for myself I get a crumb of comfort from that and surely the last few posts are what we should be about and not tearing into each other. There will be plenty of time for that and certain directions to go in if the individual wants to when no deals left on the table. My guess is if the deal is in a different sector as stated then it will be back to gas and oil unless anyone has been privy to extra info. Any thoughts anyone.

I spoke yesterday morning with John Botros on the telephone. Understandably he was wary of who I was and the conversation was guarded probably because he may be aware of the FCA complaints and he probably thought I was 'fishing'. I basically stated that the shareholders had no point of contact as of yet and how do we go on updates etc.Whilst there was nothing forthcoming in the conversation,don't blame him as he does not know me from Adam at least he is aware a contact point should be made and the shareholders feelings. Early days I think the Registrars may be a better route to take as Capita were present at the shareholder meeting last April and were there to oversee correct procedures/fair play etc.We have been told that they, the Registrar's, ( assuming it is still Capita dealing) are monitoring the situation/dealings of alleged new investors, auditors and nomads. They may well if approached demand for want of a better word a medium that shareholders can be contacted/receive updates. It has to be worth a try. Suggest several of us send e-mails to the registrar's stating this. If I hear anything I will post on here while it is still available.

Downup, There is a mobile number next to John Botros at the bottom of the RNS. Dont know if it is his but its next to his name so will ring it tomorrow and see what transpires. I believe Registrar's also are Capita, will do some digging and see what they can/will tell. As you rightly say to know what is going on we have to set up some sort of dialogue / contact point, probably be e-mails once Botros's is known. If he is Company Secretary at TWL / Boxhill then that could pave the way for a contact point. Shouldn't have to go to these lengths I know but he probably hasn't read the MDC Boards, yet! ATB Mike

Hi mate, Actually agree with you that while a deal is on the table we should see what comes from it, if nothing then we can be where we are now but should at least give it a chance. Despite you being over the moon at people losing money I have not blamed shareholders as you put it. As you are certainly not a shareholder you can't be blamed anyway. Obviously you do not like being reminded of your phrase of how funny it is to see shareholders lose money. Yes I will keep reminding everyone, been respectful to all despite getting drivel from you so my turn now. Clive everyone is aware of past history, I am aware of that. But that is what it is, history, we all invested knowing the history, that's a fact because at the time we all talked about new leadership, new product etc so the past can be left behind long enough for new deals etc. PJ stated new investors were on board as well as auditors & nomads and whilst that is all we have got at the moment a new deal is possible no matter how slim. Who are these new investors, these are the questions we should be asking imo. I suspect from Northernlad's change of heart he has possibly heard something we haven't. ATB

Respect you unlike some others on here, but if I was a company looking to do a deal with MDC and got wind that complaints had gone in to CFA I would seriously consider whether to go ahead. It would certainly make me think twice so my concerns are not from a legitimate point of view but how it would look to a prospective new compant looking at a deal, that's human nature I think. Our efforts would be better served in contacting the Registrar's who are now holding court/monitoring situation with the shareholders in mind. Questions to them as Is there a deal on the table as stated, Are auditors on board as stated, are Nomads involved etc. I do know this much and that is any RNS that is released is regulated and vetted by Nomads and Lawyers before being released and if a deal is stated to be on the table it is just not allowed if it were not true at that release time. Re submission is not expensive and things can move a lot quicker when a company is outside of AIM/de-listed. I think we should give the Registrar's our worries, that's what they are there for.

All those that do go ahead with it will have to face Lawyers etc to uphold your complaint. I am invested here so why could you just not wait until new deal either came into being or failed. I understand the anger but I think you have just shot yourselves in both feet. Would you post that if you were invested and thought your money had gone. And yet here he is winding you all up again and you have fallen for it.
