I agree some measure of what “significant” means was required and they now not able to expand in any detail at the meeting UNLESS the presentation is rns’d immediately before the meeting......possible!?

The US quote is $0.58 that is £0.45, low volume though!

See the sp is quoted as $0.62 that is £0.47......should be good tomorrow!!

Dividends are generally only paid out from mature companies, Zoe is still very much an embryo growth company and as such any spare cash would be used to finance growth. So divs are a few years away imho

Yes there should be a surge in US interest but the big II’s will take a few days to make an big investment decision I would expect. Even so pi”s will pile in and boost the sp, followed by another boost from the II’s

They are not allowed to present any price sensitive information without an rns! If they were to then there would need to be an rns at 7am that day at latest,. Quite often there is an rns on the day of the Investors Presentation giving all the slides of the presentation anyway.
An rns informs all shareholders at the same time and thus is fair, whereas the audience gets first look any new info at a presentation and so is unfair to everyone who is not there!

There must be solid news and numbers at the Investors presentation, or else they wouldn’t expose themselves to questioning. So they must be confident in signing off all the new distribution contracts by then and have a clear timeline for roll out, if not already done by them!
I would fully expect another IP for the US very shortly thereafter.
The market will be looking forward to the 28th and the sp will no doubt rise in anticipation, probably to 40+ p!

Agree results will not be pretty and as such meaningless! However I am sure that the joint CEO’s will take the opportunity to paint a rosy picture of the future, hopefully with a few more indicators of what’s happening!
Obviously they can’t give out new key information without an rns beforehand.

Current sales figures would be good, but what really matters is forward sales projections, that is a realistic plan!
Most companies do sales forecasts/growth plans even embryo companies like Zoe. They need to do a plan inorder to sell the future to big investors! It should not be left to us pi's to look at no. of potential retail outlets and crunch a few numbers!!

I am assuming that manufacturing will be out sourced to a third party that is already in the business of cigarettes, chews and oil packaging, much as the growing is!
Zoetic / Chill are brand names and that reputation with the seed quality seems to be their usp. So I think they can scale up supply quite easily from their existing Outsourced manufacturing base!.

My belief is that they definitely will give an operational upbeat update with the results (which won't be great, cos of pandemic, etc) inorder to underline the current sp and maybe boost it, until such time they can make a definitive statement on new signed contracts/deals, etc., at which point the sp should take off again.

Yes I heard that said on the podcast, why on earth was it not emphasised a lot more, it was almost just a passing mention!!?

They sound Positive on the podcast, but didn’t really say much of any substance, except that they are now starting to concentrate a lot more on the US investors. If they gear up interest over there then this could take off, but as always we/they need some solid news for investors to get their teeth into! Maybe that will come with an update when the results are published, as the results to end March won’t be great!
