I suppose the best scenario is that institutional investors are lined up to take the bulk of the offering so that it gets quickly oversubscribed. Only then will we see what the real value of the company is.

It’s a bit galling that they could be making a big return quite quickly when many PIs have been building up their stake at a higher price over several years but I suppose it’s the price we have to pay to ensure a successful rapid share issue.

Can’t see how the SP on the open market can be anything but 4.8p unless the subscription is gobbled up well before the end of the day, and can’t see it recovering to yesterday’s price for several months.

Certainly looks like PIs are being shafted but it explains why the SP has been in single figures for most of the last 2 years.
