Can one of the experts explain why Hav is counted as high grade when the quoted grade is 1.7g/t where a google search suggests that would typically be low grade with high grade starting at 5g/t .

trump’s not negotiating lee. he’s manipulating the whole stock market by announcing tariffs and then delaying them, whilst cashing in on the associated market movements. did it last time and doing it again. he’s first and foremost a criminal in it for himself who doesn’t give a **** about causing damage as long as he’s profiting personally. can’t understand why some people can’t see this when it’s so obvious.

luckily for us, his mendacious behaviour has a disproportionately beneficial effect on the price of gold and consequently gold mining stock. and i suspect the uncertainties being caused by his actions will continue to benefit ggp and other gold miners for the duration of his term.

With the Nikkei opening over 2% down and the FTSE, Dow and S&P likely to follow suit to maybe even greater degrees following Trump’s tariff nonsense I think that GGP will be one of the few shares that will open strongly, hopefully enough to offset expected falls in the rest of my portfolio.

Whilst crypto might be the flavour of the month right now thanks to Trump, it’s more than likely he’ll inadvertently f*** up that market like he does with everything else leaving a flight of capital into the safest of havens that is gold.

With net earnings of £125m in 2026 and NSTAR like PE ratio applied of around 30, that suggests a SP of 29p in the not too distant future. Then Hav comes on stream in 2027 and the sky’s the limit.

There’s no company that owns or controls more than half of GGP.

Once profits are announced and dividends start being paid, which should be in the not too distant future, the scope for manipulating the SP will be more or less gone. At the moment, all it takes is some uninformed analyst writing a gloomy article, or an informed analyst willfully misrepresenting the fundamentals of the business for the SP to make wild swings based on absolutely nothing. As ever, if we do our own research and trust our own judgment, we'll get through this period of market manipulation and will start to cash in.

Other than the company I used to work for and hold a significant stake, I've read more about GGP than any other and I'm confident that the SP and dividends will come good for the long term. We've just got to put up with regular derampers in the meantime, and if we have the means we should be taking advantage. I feel sorry for those that will need to draw down their stake in the short term because it seems likely to stay volatile for quite some time until profits are declared.

as long as this keeps happening and share price movements are not related to news or fundamentals, many serious investors are going to be put off trading. the sooner we get on asx or any regulated market the better. in the meantime we’re going to continue to see this **** regularly. on the plus side there’s still going to be serious buying opportunities right up until the asx launch happens.

There’s been a price drop at the end of every trading day even on good days for the last few weeks. Absolutely no logical reason for this other than some manipulation for day traders to make a killing at the expense of investors basing their trading on fundamentals. We need to be on a proper market where these sorts of shenanigans are regulated against.

if i hadn’t already used my spare cash i’d be buying more. might even consider selling some other assets to fund a purchase.
