Are the terms of the distribution known? How many shares per Starvest share?

Quite a ride on the GGP train recently. Down £10k last week and up £20k this week. Glad I managed to top up with a few at 5.15p but it’s a shame it wasn’t more.

It’s certainly interesting when compared to my other investments.

Seems our SP is reacting like other gold producers SPs. Shame that wasn’t the case on the way up! However it suggests the market is now treating us like the deal is complete and that we’re a producer, so hopefully when the current blip reverses we’ll see the benefit. Anybody’s guess when that happens but that we largely be dependent on when investors recognise the significant risks with the USD and crypto.

I am sure we were all hopeful that today’s RNS would have been enough to kick start the SP and at least get it back to where it was a week ago. Beginning to think that it’s going to take the ASX listing and opening up the company to institutional buyers across Oz that’s going to make the real difference. Seems the AIM MMs have a tight grip on it at the moment.

just a bit ****ed off i used available spare cash to top up when in the 6s.

need to decide whether to sell some other equities to top up again in the low 5s to get the average below 6.

Makes you wonder if those large sells are short sells Loggy. An early good news RNS would ensure they get their fingers badly burnt.

I think it’s going to be a short term phenomenon. Once his tax cuts and the deficit/debt increases kick in that will have the opposite effect imo. Could be a buying opportunity for gold in the meantime.

The introduction of protectionist measures in the US promised by Trump is likely to cause significant upheaval in many markets. I think the initial small hit on gold prices that we’ve seen over the last week will reverse fairly quickly and we’ll carry on regularly seeing ATHs as inflation takes hold and the dollar gets weaker. Whilst I’m resigned to seeing turbulence in the rest of my portfolio I’m hoping to ride it out with my investments in gold through GGP and by directly holding physical gold. Difficult to predict what will happen with the world economy over the next 4 years but the uncertainty should be good for gold.

How many are we expecting?

Can’t imagine it’s many.

For those of us who are at the bottom of the learning curve about gold mining, please can you tell us whether your informative posts are good news or at least not bad news.

On the other hand MH01, the PE normally reflects future prospects, and if the market thinks we’re going to continue to grow profits then a high PE is achievable. Clearly an ASX listing and opening the shares up to more ETFs and other funds are key enablers but the biggest driver of a high PE are future prospects, which we appear to have in spades.

Is there any real reason why a NST like PE of 31 should not be achieved once cash starts to flow and growth opportunities become apparent?

Using a PE of 31, my calculations suggest a SP of 64p based on 258k oz from Hav only using today’s gold price. Add in the realistic prospects of a multi year Telfer extension that SP heads up towards £1. Assuming we don’t rest on our laurels and exploit spare capacity in the processing plant we’ll be at well over a quid per share.

Obviously a PE of around 31 will only be sustained if the prospects of future growth look promising otherwise it could be half that or less, however with our new position as the main player in the Paterson region I see no reason why it couldn’t be sustained, especially if some of the other prospects further afield start to come to fruition.

i’ll give you the benefit of the doubt swazers and assume you’re taking the **** and on the wind up with this “it’s going exactly as the chart predicts” bull****.
