I guess it boils down to whether Twiggy sees the PIs as allies against the prospect of a number of IIs supporting a takeover from a third party down the line, or whether he will ally himself with IIs to do it himself. Either way most of us would make quite a lot of money in a potential buyout but personally I’d like us to become a big enough fish to be independently profitable and start paying decent dividends for a long time.

Bought a small stake about 5 years ago and watched it multiply by 10 to over £7 then tumble all the way back down so I topped up a few months ago and literally nothing has happened. About time this share took off again now I’ve got a more significant holding.

Can see that within a year or two the company will be taken over for 20p-30p per share. Whilst that would be a healthy profit for many of us it would be nothing compared to what it could be two or three years later leaving Wyloo to make the big money for decades.

Another way for ii customers to check is to go on their portfolio list on the website not the app. There will be an entry called GREATLAND GOLD RETAIL OFFER which includes the value of your allocation. Divide that by 0.048 for number of shares.

Seems existing shareholders got all of the first £5k applied for, and around 60% of everything above that, probably up to another cut off point where it gets reduced again.

I put in for £5k and got a refund of 3p, so I must have got 104166 shares with the last incomplete share refunded. Seems that only higher stakes got reduced.

Can someone explain how the predicted AISC at Hav, at $818 per oz, is the lowest in Australia when the grade of the ore is around 3g/t which seems pretty low compared to high grade mines?

Still just 5.41p on open market and climbing fast.

And with 13bn shares issued that’s around 2.5p profit per share per year. Don’t know what the dividend percentage will be but it suggests the share price should be over 20p.

So Hav to produce 258koz pa at an AISC of $818. Current price is $2567 so we’re on $451m profit per year. Am I missing something here?

If that covers all the new shares it’s less likely there’ll be profit taking when the shares are issued.

Can’t help thinking that this is the first stage of a power play by Forrest to make a few more billion which will make him even more if he can offload the likes of GGP’s private investors who until now have made up a disproportionately large percentage of GGP’s ownership. Our ownership as a percentage is down by 60% and I can imagine it will get to a point where he can dictate the corporate structure to benefit himself at our expense.

Not as simple as that. The SP will be low as long as 4.8p issue is going on. Once it’s over it will go up somewhat, then will take another hit in October when the new shares are issued and some people cash in. From then on it will more accurately reflect the value of the company.
