I have to agree with you Auson, I don't think this is any "leak" this is just a correction based on the fact PMO is becoming harbour and the oil price is in the kind of place that makes SL realistic.

Interestingly we did get stuck at 10.4p today, which was the June high... Hopefully it will push through it tomorrow, a close above 11 would be quite bullish I think!

If you have believed in the story this long, then I don't see why you wouldn't want to average down from such ridiculously high prices, it wouldn't even cost that much.

What do you mean a breakdown of the increase? Look at a chart for that.

If your asking WHY then it could be any of;

- OM arbitration announcement (award), potentially for a big cash payout, multiple times current mcap.
- PMO/Harbour reverse takeover meaning RKH finally has a partner without excessive debt and questions about their own existence.
- Oil price going in the right direction.

Or maybe all 3? :)

Surely that's not how it works SecretBlueprint.... Lawyers fee's aren't unlimited, justifications have to be made to both sides. If anything both sides would be arguing about what each side claims as lost profits?

And even then, surely that comes after the "Award". As detailed in the RNS the award is only the decision on the case, not the actual amount that is to be paid. That comes after.

No chance I would be happy with that sort of price for RKH. I would start to think about it at 50p a share.

I think RKH SP will react to the PoO now, as we are at the tipping point where it actually makes SL feasible. This massively increases the likely hood of positive FID....

I think we can only assume it is related to PMO takeover and the price of oil soaring, as we know that is happening. I would love there to be an OM award announcement but I think it's too soon since the xmas eve rns?

While the volume isn't anything crazy, it is most definitely up - we have done the days average volume by midday.

Did it go in to Auction there for a bit? Haven't seen that in a very long time if it did.... haven't got live information so couldn't confirm.

First time I have checked on my long term RKH holdings in 2021 and what a wonderful surprise to see it on the way up! maybe 2021 is finally the year of the rock! GL all long term suffering holders.

I tried to read the link but it looks like it's been blocked now - I don't understand how this has anything to do with UKEF though, when they refer to government they are talking about the falkland islands government no?

I think we will see a bump if we win the case, regardless of knowing of the actual amount - so hopefully a bump soon then another down the line when we hear the amount.
