I think the fact we are holding up shows that there is a very patient buyer scooping up the shares when the bid dips a little.

And the higher we go the lower the dilution. This is still a bargain up to 70p imo pre FID.

As you rightly state SpaceHoppa the strong the SP is pre placement the better for all of us existing holders due to less dilution.

Personally though, I'm not concerned about the dilution as all it is doing is guaranteeing FID - and a guaranteed FID results in potentially double todays SP if not more.

I think that's why we are still seeing strong buying pressure despite the known requirement for a placing which would traditionally drag the SP down.

Wouldn't it be great if the placing was only available to existing shareholders at a 10-15% discount? I know that's not realistic because of the amount required but wouldn't that lead to some interesting buying leading up to it!

Almost 2.7m shares bid at 50p now. Either someone really doesn't want it dropping under 50, or they want to seriously accumulate from any weak holders.

It's not long to go now until FID and the drop from ~55 to ~45 just because of 30m euros was overdone.

I'm holding for at least 4x from here. It used to be high risk, but in the current environment it looks low risk to me. RKH is finally in a place to be on the right side of history.

One major thing he has wrong is the big bar chart on the right with the 1.9B and the tax reducing it to 1.4B. RKH have today confirmed that it is 1.8b NET of tax. So an additional $400m to add to his calculations.

OK that makes more sense then, but still it doesn't meet ICSID precedent when they tried to have him removed before.

No doubt why they have the 20m owed on the balance sheet now, they have probably proposed this as a settlement to FIG.

This is currently the biggest risk to FID, so to have it settled and be able to move on with the banks will be huge for FID.

Personally I don't think a share issue is required because of the advanced talks on Lending with banks. Why would they even be talking to banks about lending if it wasn't for the shortfall in cash in the bank and the pre-fid requirements? We already have agreed with Navitas that they will loan us post FID costs at 8% interest right?

This completely blows my mind that the lawyer working on behalf of Italy is the one they are now saying is corrupt. How is this not anything else but an obvious plant to get out of this if the initial result didn't go their way. The Italian government is corrupt.

Precedent means so much in law, and ICSID have gone against precedent issuing this Annulment. What a complete and utter disgrace they are. I have zero doubt that someone is getting their palms greased by the Italians and I'm sure the Funders will go to the ends of earth to get their money back.

The last 2 days we have seen big surges up in the afternoon and in to close. Volume is still ridiculously light but it's looking positive.

For potentially the first time in recent RKH history, when the price of oil goes up there is a correlation with RKH going up. And when it goes down we are relatively strong.

This is the opposite of how it has been over the last 10 years in my experience, which makes me extremely positive about the market sentiment on RKH.

It would be great to see a clear push and hold over 50 tomorrow - Maybe reality is starting to actually set in!
