I agree with you 100% on political discussions, this board is not for that either imo.

Happy to agree to disagree on "tips" about other shares.

Daikihaku1 - The problem is, in my opinion, it is a very slippery slope. What is an "occasional" tip suddenly becomes a landslide of garbage.

Personally, I would prefer to just read discussion that is directly related to RKH. I'd be happy if there was only a couple of posts a day in the "quieter" times as long as they were relevant.

Nobody can tell anyone what to do of course, but this is my opinion and it is clearly the rules of the London South East forums, specifically Rule 5. k.

Right - Everyone on the "let's only talk about RKH/Navitas/Falklands/oil on this board" side of the camp - I suggest we just start reporting the posts by the cross board "tipsters".

I'm going to start doing that and I hope others follow suit.

You are diluting the value of this board talking about anything other than RKH and affiliates. Get your tips from elsewhere.

I agree with this. I am here to read about RKH not "share tips".

I hate that they refer to trades as "sold" and "bought"... they are all trades and it always confuses people.

Why does it matter how long they take to show up? Are you trying to sell them asap?

Drumnatiny - This is down to your broker, nothing to do with RKH.

I deposited enough to apply for a large amount of excess before I realised HSBC weren't even providing the facility to apply for them.

So instead I bought shares at 69.4 last week. Got lucky this time it seems.

I agree with all, if PI's had the funds to apply for excess that money will likely just be used to buy on the open market now.

Has anyone dealt with HSBC for the open offer? I have had issues with them everytime there has been corporate actions. Nothing showing and no notification as yet.

It's all complete nonsense, and an attempt to pump the share price in to a weekend presumably because they have a spread bet position on.

It's quite funny though, so it has some entertainment value if you understand its rubbish.

As they state they are still waiting on final approval from FIG (but have received agreement in principal) does this mean it has to be after the election of dec 11th? or can approval be rubber stamped some other way?

There is no point worrying about oil prices in 2026 or even 2027.... What will the oil price be in 2028 is what is important for us and hopefully the under-investment in exploration will really kick in by then.

Volume is definitely higher than usual only 1.5 hrs in to trading. Let's see how the rest of the day goes though.

Going in to close today should tell us if there is any vague hope of an announcement tomorrow morning.
