Surely with all the work and sunk costs it should be at least closer to the $4/bbl PMO were willing to pay? RKH's 35% would then be worth ~160p per share so even with a 50% discount for risk around oil price etc between fid and first oil we should be looking at 80p+ at FID?

Even with the SP rise we have had to date this is still insanely undervalued. We have been bucking general market trends so far in 2025, my view is if/when this turns around and more money flows back in to the market it should see us shooting up further and faster.

I have been here since discovery day, so many ups and downs. I only sold my original shares around £2 because of personal circumstances, and that turned out to be lucky. The FI dream has always been alive in me and I have been back slowly accumulating since around 2017 and bought the core of my holding at 5p and during the 7p placing (I have a post somewhere on here complaining about HSBC not actually being able to give me more shares than my allocation which I had requested but they couldn't deliver).

I'm not selling until at least first oil - This is a life changing share and the opportunity appears to only be starting to be realised... I am still waiting for a big sell off, which I am sure will happen at some point as is normal for ANY share that has large short term gains but that will not shake me.

Good luck all long term holders - it is us that will make life changing money out of Rockhopper.

I think FID will definitely occur in 2024. I have no knowledge of how or why, but it will.

LaticsRule - That is madness. You may as well exercise the warrants, sell them immediately, then keep that on the side to re-invest when there is progress. It's essentially free money as it is right now.
