Why would anyone bother hanging around posting day after day negatively if they didn't have an agenda to attempt to driver the share price ever further?

It is weird, but I noticed the last time I bought it was split in to 3 or 4 trades, which when I added them together and got the average of the price it was what I paid. Maybe this is an explanation?

The only explanation imo is that this is being clearly managed while someone is loading up under the radar as much as possible. If you want to to get a big shareholding you don't want the price going up and getting too much attention, but you don't want it going down either because then you have losses.... so just keep it flat and buy out all the holders that have lost patience.

This is definitely good news imo, just not amazing news. We are going to have to wait and see how these guys are going to treat Sea Lion and as has already been said we need the oil price a hell of a lot higher than it is right now to be viable. If you believe oil will be much higher long term, then todays price is a steal.

More importantly right now though, is the OM result. What has happened to this? no updates from the BOD?

Any cash payout is going to make the current mcap look ridiculous.

Yanubu-Arabia, While that sounds great - we still have huge amounts to spend on our share of the development.

If there was actually a choice, I'd prefer they spent it getting a rig down there immediately to find more oil! That would bring a bit of excitement back to this share...

This is key imo - a big cut, then covid-19 blows over by the northern hemisphere summer and the oilprice should be back at $70-$80.

I can't agree with you more GS ! (except for your opinion on falklandinvestor..) The constant noise of posts that are just complete nonsense is madness.

It's a much more enjoyable read for me now, and much faster too as I don't have to trawl through the rubbish to find any reasonable discussion!

ralph2010 - you seem like a reasoned chap most of the time, but a bit on the negative side for my liking! Maybe you should filter out everyone that is annoying you and just engage in sensible discussion?

So - This is my current filter list... I think it covers most of the terrible posters on this board but I am sure they will make new accounts soon enough. If you add this filter list, then see your the only one replying to these people then take it as a sign that you shouldn't bother replying. Your only giving them air time and making it worse.

p.s I'm banking on RKH doing well this year, but it's been a tough ride.

Surely that doesn't really make much difference.. I can't see it being the share price catalyst we are waiting for. As has already been said a number of times the next big news is zama sale, as a healthy PMO means it's more and more likely SL will go ahead.

Happy to be wrong though! Any increase in SP is great imo I don't care the reason!
