I'm on the same page - First target is pay off mortgage. Having the security of a debt-free house is going to make a huge difference for me mentally.

Auson - I think its against the rules to post live information about the order book as that's what you pay for L2 access for - but basically there was very little shares at the time on the book up to 48. I think it was only about 50k.

The order book is extremely thin until 48. Could be there in a flash with just a small buyer right now.

When it talks about the Northern Area and the Central Area, are these just Sea Lion or does it include Isobel/Elaine?

Yes it is an upgrade for sure, but it is for when "all" phases are up and running, IE including Isobel/Elaine.

I think thats why RKH are being a bit careful in this RNS, as Navitas seem to have come out all guns blazing when RKH have been burnt in the past doing this.

Personally I'm glad Navitas are doing it! Time to get some positivity and hype back about what really is possible in the FI.

1 correction to that - it's all phases that is the increase to 150k/day. Phases 1+2 remains at 55k/day for the "Northern Area" as I understand it.

I don't think I have ever seen it so low. Even in the dark days of 4/5p ...only ~47k shares traded in an hour!

Trying not to read in to it, guess it just means we don't have buyers or sellers right now.
