I am talking simple facts here, we own 35%. If they want to accelerate they need to make sure we can fund that and there is power in being in that position.

IMO there is only upside for rkh in the acceleration. We do NOT have to raise on low SP terms. If there is an acceleration then it can only be positive for rkh

Jimmy, yes I am agreeing with that as it stands.

Navitas can't proceed with this plan without making sure rkh is funded OR bringing in a partner.

There may be a fear of another raising in the maket as you suggest, but I think this is wrong. Rkh have said they are fully funded to production and that is what matters.

If Navitas wants to accelerate things then that has to be done on rkh terms. IMO it is only upside for us.

Jimmy, I disagree with you completely. Navitas knows they can't proceed with accelerating phase 2 and 3 without rkh 35%.

They will have to ensure we are funded for this, or buy it from us. Both of these are a massively positive position for rkh to be in.

IMO we are again in another short termer drift because of the oil price even thought it has no actual bearing on our future value.

Someone already said it, short term traders dropping out to find jam tomorrow. They are taking the risk of missing out on SP transforming news coming out at any moment but good luck to them.

I will be holding on until first oil or later, assuming we aren't taken out.

But traders have to work on something I guess.

All of my RKH shares are protected in years of ISA allowance. I'm not sure TASE shares can be bought anywhere in an ISA?

The signing of an MOU for a 2nd FPSO shows intent, intent by Navitas to get things moving as fast as possible and that is nothing like RKH have had before so apologies if this seems like very positive news to me.

The SP is being bound by the warrants right now imo - not long to go until it snaps and we fly up towards what is probably a more "true" value for where we are in the lifecycle of this project.

Is the only way up from here? No probably not. Will we be worth at least 2x the current SP by the end of 2027? 100% if not more in my view.

If its an all share offer I would expect us to immediately re-rate to very close to the offer "price" which should give an exit to those of us that would rather not hold shares in whoever takes oved

Surely this makes RKH a clear takeover target at these prices? Even an offer of double todays price ~160+ would surely be worth huge amounts of profit in the long term for many larger oilies out there?

The longer the oil price stays 100+ (brent is currently 115!) the more of a reality this becomes in my view.

The US even came out and stated their stance hasn't changed. Just more empty threats from Trump throwing his toys out because the UK didn't support his war.

I think we are just ranging like usual and it has nothing to do with this "news"... we didn't break 89 so we have drifted back. Hopefully next time we will.

And all the time oil is creeping back up, brent over 107 and goldman upping longer term oil prices to an average of 90... this is only the beginning of Trumps mess.

Might be getting ahead of myself here, but could we be looking at 100+ in the next month or so? We were held down at 70-75 so long after FID it does seem like a coiled spring as has been mentioned by others before.
