I believe within 5 years, supplying say 20,000 barrels a day to the refinery. Selling surplus for export. Having developed Block XX and starting to scratch VII too. Coupled with renewables, this will be about a billion $ company.

Within 10 years, if renewables really good well and VII does well, then a multi billion company is quite possible.

Call it bonkers, rose tinted or whatever, but a regular dividend of 5p per share , being just shy of £100 million profit dispersement for dividend alone, to have a value therefore of a billion is not silly. I believe that is possible within four to five years from now. Say by the end of 2030!

To me, the Farmout is a great way forward. The upsides are huge with revenue streams looking solid, recurring and healthy.

Getting a dividend pot of just £20 million for 1p per share will be really easy to achieve. The sp is a gift.

The risks are diminishing but there are still some risks. These risks are acceptable to me whilst the returns within one or two quick years from now are frighteningly large, IMO.

Everything hinges on the success, or not, of signing a farmout agreement and then we have the route to huge production and being one of the largest energy businesses in Mongolia exporting energy to China and further afield and supplying the lions share of the oil required to power Mongolia.

MB was asked about the value of Heron/Block XX. He stated a valuation of between $250 to $300 million.

Therefore, the amount could easily be the $60 million odd cost thus far plus the farmee pays for the wells.

I honestly don't know quantum on this one, but I believe that the hinted cash injection should be sufficient for MB to consider a special dividend and it will be higher than some think.

Sp not moving much which again, is as expected, though I believe it is now going to head north and won't return to these lows again. We have bottomed out IMO.

The lose ends of the tax moneys being paid up by PC and H2 hoped for positive results will give a solid sense for MATD investors.

The real change item for a total rerate is the Farmout agreement for me. Showing a sizeable injection of cash into MATD and a potential dividend back to the "frustrated" and "patient" investors.

Nicely on path and all driving in the right direction for the structures to slit into place and allow a massive and rapid growth trajectory for the transformational next 3 years

If H2 is showing good signs, then there will be a muted rise in sp only.

This will be negated by a share option for the executives with the announcement of up to 10% of the shares in issue at a price of circa 2p per share, at a guess, and that will be met with a sigh.

The sp will race once the farmout is announced and the exact amount of cash input into the company is declared. Then we should have lift off.

I am heartened by this huge discovery for Norway in what was deemed and spent and exhausted field.

Especially of interest to MATD, is that new technology was used to find this, and they feel there is much more to find.

I am heartened as MATD is using modern technology, never before used in Mongolia, and IF this is the same style of technology used by Norway, then the chances of finding migrated oil reservoirs hidden deep underground should be vastly improved with a reasonably strong chance of success. This backs up MB's hunch and statements. Let's hope it all comes to pass.

That seems reckless and very dangerous to me, lordsidcup, until this claim of share price manipulation is proven as bogus or not.

If this is indeed a solid claim against the company and the directors, this share will tank due to legal claims, costs and removal of directors. The company will not last and this could put off any sale of any asset, anywhere!

If correct, then a formal complaint to the FSA re share price manipulation with potential legal action and possible criminal charges against ORCP and the board sounds hugely expensive and terminal to the business.

This would make ORCP uninvestable for the future and anyone with money in this stock will surely lose it all.

IF THESE CHARGES ARE TRUE AND THEY STICK.

What, exactly, does a suspension mean for ORCP as a business?

How long is the suspension?

Would the company be fined?

Will the directors be struck off?

Will there be criminal proceedings against the directors?

Will the company be able to continue or will it be disbanded with assets sold off or will it be taken over?

Will it be put in the hands of the receivers?

Anyone???

Supplementing the 70% reduction in salaries for a performance related share based package, to be discussed and yet to be agreed, was clearly stated by MB in the Q&A presentation.

This will probably (IMO only) be as share options. I would expect them to cancel the previous share options package at 4.4p per share (or was it 4.8p per share?) And issue a further and up to 10% of the shares in circulation at the current price of £0.008 per share over the next three years. Hopefully these would be linked to and triggered against share price targets being met.

Something along these lines will be announced very soon, before the sp takes off in order lock down a hugely attractive deal to the executives of MATD.

This is what I expect to happen, but nothing agreed to, implemented or even presented to shareholders yet.

I see no value to new blood coming in to replace MB at this time. Only chaos, fracturing and collapsing the potential of the company opportunities in Mongolia.

Once reserves are proven, farmout deal(s) are signed, roll out and aggressive drilling commences, revenue lines operating at close to expected levels, all legal licenses and strong relationships with production partners and the MG are deemed safe and secure for the longer term, then I think MB would be happy to retire and take a more relaxed involvement in the company. An honorary position as President or similar.

But for now, and with the shares spread as they are, there is no chance of any changes to his position or yhe board in MATD.

I am totally happy with this.

There is no doubt in my mind that MB has zero intention of resigning from MATD, at this time.

This is his retirement swan song with a once in a lifetime opportunity to become seriously wealthy. This is his baby now and he has taken a 70% cut in salary in return for future share options. He can not be paid in shares without being in an executive position in the company. So he is staying for sure.

Personally I am for him to remain at this time. Once he has got MATD set up, operating, turning money and paying dividends, then and only then should he hand the batton over to a new and aggressive CEO to operate and build/ maintain profit. MB's vision and ability to strategies and build the opportunities in Mongolia in an equitable and meaningful, long term way, is what makes this an exciting and sound investment choice for me.

Do we take it that the Reddit email leak of a better deal with PC and that the VAT situation in regards to the sale of crude oil in Mongolia is nonsense?

Has anyone got more intel on this? There was no RNS today to support this...??

But if I were negotiating as a farmee, I would try to use this style of intel to achieve my best deal for my company.

As stated, MATD is extremely well spread and strategised to be the major energy operator in Mongolia.

But this projection is just a small extra piece of intel to have on the table.
