I am sure many of you have seen that DL is flying to Australia for hos other gold business interest Riversgold.

Shares were suspended in Riversgold on the AXE on Friday at the request of the company awaiting an announcement regarding a raise and the material contract in the Northern Zone prospect.

The Northern Zone prospect has been prepared for works by the project developer company Oracle Power who retain a 20% ownership of this prospect. They were forced to issue and RNS confirming the suspension of the shares by Riversgold until Tuesday morning, Australian time, at the latest and that both Riversgold and Oracle Power had been in discussions about Riversgold negotiations with the unnamed third party firm.

Something big is about to drop at ORCP and it will most likely be announced on Monday or first thing on Tuesday morning.

It will be interesting to see what DL has to say in regards to WSBN next week as well - or not.

DYOR, but you can see the ORCP RNS on Friday on the board. That is going to go huge IMO. A precursor to WSBN with luck and a taste of things to come.

Is there a possibility of fudging and delaying the truth about H2 in order to smother this with hoped for and prayed for good news regarding Gazelle?

I sincerely hope not and doubt it.

I view the show of more oil and gas than expected and the connection of the beam lump as a good and strong indication that H2 will be pumping oil commercially, but at a solid and modest rate.

I think the sp will certainly go to 0.01p and could go much higher. 0.05p to 1p even.

It all depends on the detail from Riversgold.

I think it will go higher. 0.1p is an Mcap of just £10 million. I am expecting the news to value this higher, though a lot depends on the detail.

My understanding is that ORCP has retained 20% to Riversgold's 80%.

Will Riversgold Farmout be a Farmout from their 80% and will ORCP's 20% remain intact? I hope so but I am not sure.

I am also expecting the confirmation that the Licence has been issued and it is now ready to go, resulting in the Farmout deal. This is an assumption, but we will soon find out.

Finally, if Riversgold is doing a raise, that might suggest a shared JV with the Farmee or Partner. I do not think this materially concerns ORCP, other than assuring them that there will be quick action and this will go live soon.

I can not see any down side to ORCP on this. Only a HUGE rerate, with an announcement probably on Monday morning in Londaon, after the markets have closed in Australia and Riversgold have announced their play on the AXE.

The other side could be a straight sale of Riversgold to a bigger player as DL could have had his head turned with a greater potential with what Wishbone are looking at.

We will see where this goes, but I am really really struggling to find a weak point here from any angle for ORCP. Only huge upsides. ORCP has a MCap of JUST £3.5 million even after today's rally.

I sense a very healthy multi bagger next week.

One analyst even stating 11p per share within the next 12 months. Totally nuts for that to happen IMO - but a much higher price to where it is now for sure. Perhaps as early as before the end of this month!

MATD needs to hit 1,000 to 1,500 bpd for a safe level of income for sustainability - depending on the price of crude.

The more they can hook up as quickly as possible, the better.

Flow rates matter for immediate income and a good future Farmout deal.

I thought that the "soft loan" was a "soft loan option" with Petrovas, which whilst an "option", had not been taken up -.Corpse.

I believe totally debt free is a correct statement. I also believe a dividend is possible depending on the cash.payment made into MATD by the Farmee on a signed deal being struck.

It may be 2027 before a dividend is paid. It is unlikely but possible for a 2026 dividend depending on the size of the cash payment made and when it is made by the Farmee.

Income generated dividends possible from 2027 IMO.

In the last Q&A MB specifically refers to needing to obtain permits for the workover for Gazelle and Gobi. He stated this was a formality and it shouldn't cause delays. This permit, I believe, is needed due to the use of explosive charges in the well that they use in workovers for fracturing oil reservoirs underground.

There are quite a few examples of vertical and horizontal stimulation processes for rupturing the shale and accessing the oil underground on YouTube. This is what happens for well stimulation and worth checking it out!

Let's hope they rupture what we need and have success in stimulating both Gazelle and Gobi.

Techniques have improved from the old days of using glycerine in straight torpedos lowered down the shafts! I like explosives and blew up a cow shed at school with a very effective pipe bomb produced between metal work and the Chemistry lab! Fire engines were called as people thought it was a huge gas explosion!

These days they load charges along the cased well pipe in the area they wish to stimulate and then trigger the charges to explode.

To add that I have childishly referred to underground explosions when in reality the charges (explosions) are triggered and this creates fractures which are then forced with hydraulic stimulation. Forgive my slight over exaggerating image - but the facts are that controlled explosions are used...!
