No sign of an RNS re the licence for Riversgold.

I can't see any announcement in Australia to state that the licence has been granted.

If anyone finds anything, please post the link.

There have been some excited statements on X by DL, followed by the RNS' of Riversgold and ORCP about the deal with MEGA. This included the suggestion that everything was going to crank into action after Christmas and as early in 2026 as possible and a short clip of MEGA diggers on transporters with the statement that these would be on their way to our block in the very near future.

Within the noise, there was also a statement of just waiting for the licence, that was imminent and expected without any problems or delays, hence the early start in 2026.

There was a suggestion on X last Friday night, posted in Australia I guess, that the licence was issued. Excellent news if true, but this post was taken down shortly after.

Your very detailed and welcome laying out of the Australian process was never suggested or touched on in any of the noise, though perhaps in the excitement I failed to pick up on it and I missed it.

We will see tonight or tomorrow morning, whether the licence has been issued or whether this was fake news.

Regardless, ORCP is a very solid longer term punt based on this prospect and everything else that is due to come to fruition within the next few weeks, month and year or two.

Yes, wrong use of words from me. Breaking ground sometime early in 2026. Coupled.with shallow findings at just 6 mtrs. So one presumes this will be met within a few weeks or months too.

I am a novice here, granted. Regardless.if this is January, February, March or soon thereafter, this will kick into life early or within the first half of 2026.

But but but......

It was clearly stated that the aim was for the licence to be issued sometime over the next few months - and mining to start at sometime early in 2026, depending on logistics and the licence being issued.

I understood that to mean the licence would/should be issued any day but this side of Christmas. Ground breaking work to start sometime in early 2026. Wagons rolling in from MEGA pretty well immediately to start the prep work.

We will see......!!!

I am slightly fluffy in understanding with clarity what we are talking about re the farmout deal. Is this for the while of Block XX or just for Heron field within Block XX.

If, as you state, it is only for Heron field, then your future potential prognosis would be great.

This is a "probably not" or "certainly not" random thought.

If Gazelle has shown really well with strong flow rates, as we believe it has. If H2 becomes "commercial". If there is a sense of really strong and positive signs for an easier and high strike rate, with an efficient conversion of live active wells into.connected and producing wells, then might MATD be tempted to switch plans and revert to borrowing money in order to develop the wells themselves rather than do a farmout thereby keeping 100% of the income?

That switch would be quite a switch back to plan A, to say the least.

This would depend on the terms and deals available for a farmout presently on the table. But it is a nice thought that MATD's hand has been strengthened a lot and that there could be other routes to maximise returns and revenues that may have been thought too difficult before.

Just a thought...

If true, then our jv partners, Riversgold, should drop an RNS in Australia on Monday morning for the Australian investors.

DL may drop an interesting X post over the weekend too, knowing him with his track record and being Chairman of Riversgold.

We could see this confirmed on Sunday late night UK time for an Australian news release.

Is this the licence for the Northern prospect mining to start for gold in Australia with Riversgold and MEGA?

This is utter nonsense - IMO.

All signs point to gold. They would be going slowly and carefully if this was a question of IF. But WSBN are rushing around doing 24 hour drilling and going as swiftly and accelerated as they can, this must make this a question of HOW MUCH rather than IF. Or to put it simply, this is seemingly looking as if this is a Whopper of a find!

The questions to myself is therefore, what will happen on the assay results about to be announced from the first drill hole?

Do we have to wait for the second drill assay results to be announced or not for this sp to rocket? Or will the first assay results coupled with the images of the second core findings but without second assay results be sufficient, coupled with the rush to drill a third test hole now, be enough to see this go to where I think it is going??

Huge rerate needed and reality checks for stock markets. Crude oil now entering mid 50's $ range.

Renewable company Sunsteppe is everywhere and involved at the highest levels for Mongolia as a whole thereby MATD should do well from this. But very little income generating statements have been dropped to the market. Is this something for tomorrow??

When will tomorrow become today and will it land safely, well and to the maximum effect for shareholders??

Today, plenty will move into WSBN due to smelling the coffee and liking the aroma.

Next week, assuming great assay results, the herd will charge in due to the taste of the coffee, with luck!

Very exciting times. Is this really huger than huge - the mothership of discoveries even? They clearly thinks it MIGHT be very very big at WSBN.

Expect lots of froth today and excitement with good gains. The real taste comes next week IMO.

It has to be done by Jan/Feb as they need to get the kit shipped in to drill.

THAT SAID, WITH THE FLOW RATES DUE TO BE NADE PUBLIC FROM GAZELLE AND H2, THE ADVANCED FARMOUT PARTY WOULD WANT TO CLOSE THE DEAL ASAP TO MAKE IT SAFE - IMO. SO COULD HAPPEN SOON ON THE BACK OF THE IMMINENT RNS.

The RNS re the assay results coupled with initial findings from the second drill site confirming a strong sense of Wishbone sitting ontop of the mothership of gold strikes, must be due any second now.
