However in my experience, if you import cheap product of any sort, then you get used to and hooked on that cheap price, and then you expect the local supply to match that price.

Look at any western economy where everything has shut down as we are all hooked on the cheapness of Chinese goods, regardless of the hidden threats and damage this is causing us.

Hopefully oil in Mongolia will be different - but there is a risk they will follow this well troden trend.

Yes - OK. So the real question therefore, and as you rightly point out, is whether the initial shows and pump rates achieved at this early stage are submissible or not. That I don't know.

But they must have pumped flow rates of sorts now and as we have seen, the Ministry is getting very edgy and needing to see this sector expand hugely to meet their needs for the refinery.

Lastly - it is November next week! The equipment needed to drill will take time to order, prepare, import and sort ready for a strong drilling season from May next year onwards. That is only 6 months away now. They had better get their skates on and get moving.

Is this sufficient to think the Farm Out is close?? I think it might well be if not immediately imminent.

The Farm Out deal is well under way, if not nearing completion - perhaps just needing the flow rates to put into the bundle as a final piece of information needed to get this signed off.

I believe that MATD have this data.

The question is, have they presented this to the potential Farmee already under an NDA and are they actually ready to exchange contracts now??

I am saying this only because, like many of us here, I am truly surprised that the RNS has not dropped yet when MB and MATD must know the info re the flow rates. Why are they holding back....????

I feel confident in stating my hunch re the RNS and MB and MATD's position. This is NOT meant to be or sound like a ramp either!

We all feel sure that MB and MATD are sitting on the results of the flow tests. They are seemingly holding this back. They know it is good news and MB has stated some flow indications for Gazelle and H2 and given loose indications without being specific. The showings are strong. The pumps seems to be fitted. they must know now. H2 must be a winner, otherwise why fit the full setup for it! ALL GOOD - EXCELLENT EVEN!

I can only think they are about to drop the Farm Out bomb too. The Farm Out we know is close too. With all this data, why wouldn't the Farmee conclude the deal right now, perhaps even with a slight intervention from a very worried and troubled Ministry of Mining minister.

I hope I am right, but this next RNS could be the big one. It could also have a sprinkle of wonderlust from Sunsteppe with a big fat cherry on the top too!

My only concern is whether MATD'S primary position within the Mongolian burgeoning energy sector will be diluted and weakened due to a sluggish and too slow development and activation of our potential assets.

We need warp speed now. This is an energy race and MATD needs to go like stink to win it, IMO.

I have been watching this board so closely for so long now, eagerly staring through bleary eyes at 6.58 am to see if we have a red dot of subsequence and whether we have a multi bagger moment or not, that is am now utterly exhausted and almost blasé about it all. Not total loss of interest as I am sure it will come one day.

I don't think this is our call really. It is for MB to implement, really. As you state, right now he has cut his salary and wouldn't wish to spend more than he needs.

This should and would change quite rapidly with the irons in the fire nearing themselves to fruition.

Once he has confirmed commercial flow rates and fully commissioned everything into operating income generating wells, and once the Farm Out is announced with a cash lump sum buy in by the farmee, then might be a good time to look at this. I think this could create a steady and stable sp with a solid and correctly realised value for investors going forward.

Someone who has the time and ability to properly, correctly and fully communicate the companies developments so that everyone is fully of the commercial position of the company. This would indeed development reports for new projects, earnings and potential earnings and delivery of successfully implemented expansion to a revenue driven state.

I don't think that MB is the man for that.

This ensures we all know and understand what is happening, what the future looks like and what the ture value of the business and sp is and what the dividend and earning ratio is.

This is what most large billion $ companies would deploy. We are nearing that need as revenues and production are due to sore within the next 18 months or so.

Yes, Furry. Agree with your jaundice view about the likelihood of the sp collapsing after a MB RNS. Normally I would share this view, but I am now a lot clearer and confident about the future here.

I did email Mike and suggest the employment of a really good PR person to positively nuance and regularly feed the inevitable good news to the markets and investors on a regular basis, with so much good news about to flood out of the company. We will wait and see on that one, but I suspect for now MB is being very cautious and tight until this bird is firmly soaring and well off the ground!

Tomorrow is the favourite day for an RNS. We will see.....

Furry - I think H2 is fine and a nice average commercial well.

Gazelle will be a greater commercial well, IMO.

I think that MB simply doesn't want to spend his whole life issuing RNS' on a daily basis and he is saving the next one to include these two points as well as an update or conclusion re the Farmout agreement and also some good news from Sunsteppe, after the London Mongolian Energy forum in London this week.

We will see. Just my thoughts and my hunch.

We know that WSBN have pretty well abandoned all other projects for the gold prospect. Their focus is on 24 hour drilling and more drills when drill rigs are hard to acquire. Why?

We know that gold is high, but the absurd rush here, including helicopters if needed - no expense spared approach, raises the question again - why?

We know that DL landed a spectacular farmiuy deal with a 50/50 split full costs

born by the farmee, MEGA, for Riversgold. That deal is a rushed final licence to be obtained, mining equipment being moved to site now, and mining starting as possibly early as Janaury 2026!!

Is there a strong chance that they have a farmout deal agreed to already which they are rushing to close off on, by proving the size and scale of the prospect?

Is there more news to be dropped over and above the assay results? Is there a huge RNS with a full road map to be dropped here and sooner than anyone thinks?

It was more a rhetorical question about whether people will invest in Wish Bone as a run off or not with risk.

Gold is still not confirmed here. But gold as an entity will most likely hold its value and go higher with what is happening in the world, IMO. Yesterday's price.drop in gold was, I believe, not the start of a declining gold price but a blip. Gold will keep strong and high and go even higher IMO.

Will that help WSBN? Probably not today, but soon it will with luck.
