The only question is when the assay results will drop vs the introduction of the new shares issued.

This shares will need to clear through a bit. It could be a little bumpy but this should rise nicely in a relatively short period of time.

IMO, Wishbone has sniffed the coffee in the Northern Zone. The coffee smells rich and in so much abundance that is is obscene.

Located in the Northern Zone near to the huge finds in neighbouring prospects, they have acted fast to seek to expand their reach as far as possible and out in for as many licences as they can.

These prospects are huge. DL is very very excited. The Riversgold/ORCP deal shows what can happen here. Reading between the lines, what DL has seen here at Wishbone is much bigger still.

When the assay results come out, then we will see. But I am expecting them to be at the top end of potential and raved about. Only a few days or weeks away!

Naheeds statement is a little confusing. She states "We plan to continue our drilling efforts on the shallower gold mineralisation and expand on the gold zones already identified." She doesn't make it clear whether this is with MEGA's money or using ORCP's funds from the recent raise.

It would be good to know whether the last raise was going to be kept intact, meaning a much reduced chance of a raise coming in the future - if at all.

Other than that, this is great great news!

That, Steve, is a fair point and a correct one to keep an eye on.

The terms of the deal. ORCP' earning out of it. Riversgold fund raise and deal with the contractor with their potential earnings.

We have 20% of this project and Rivergold 80%. Like Riversgold we have other projects.

Within that there is a mathematical answer about what out true sp level should be.

We will see, but hopefully it is more than where it is now and hopefully it will be linked to the future potential earnings for ORCP from this deal and the time it will take to get them.

Someone earlier posted a nudge nudge, wink wink that the news will actually go out in Australia on their Wednesday morning, our Tuesday night.

So we may have to wait a further 24 hours before we know.

Stockmaiden. I wanted to thank you for bringing ORCP to my attention on the MATD board.

Whilst I do believe MATD will be good for short to medium term investment, this has been a little (not so little!) Gold mine!

It was DL's post on Thursday night that triggered me to go in, having invested in Wishbone and closely watched ORCP after your nod. I have caught this to perfection.

BG - I stated my beliefs over the weekend or on last Friday.

DL has gone to Australia to sign the huge material contract for the company that he is Chairman of - Riversgold. This is to do with the neighbouring Kalgoorlie block in the Northern Zone which has had many holes drilled and proof of gold found by Oracle Power and Riversgold. There is a licence to be issued for this site which has probably just been granted and the "material contract" is hopefully being signed or has even been signed today.

I think there may be a touch of info for Wishbone Gold later in the week. But IMO - this is not the reason he has gone to Australia.

Wishbone is a little behind in its journey, IMO, but with even bigger prospects. It is definately going to have a rub off effect from the Rivergold and Kalgoolie news. But this is the race before Wishbone's race, which is probably a week or two away yet for the Assay results which will have a little lift. But the larger uplift will be from the licence being issued and a strong mining partner to dig it out and make it pay! Rivergold and Oracle Power are at that stage. Wishbone isn't.

Whilst there may be news, I don't think the enormous news is imminent yet...! It will come soon enough though!

Whilst I am sure the ORCP knows everything that is happening, I don't think they will drop an RNS until after Riversgold have dropped theirs, to avoid slips with insider trading information being known from Riversgold before they have dropped their RNS.

That said, I think DL's posts have been amazingly and overly excitable and could be deemed an insider nod - IMO.

Refurbish the old pump properly as it needs to work full time for a proper installation for H2.

To me, this means H2 is deemed commercial, but they haven't said this yet...!

I am happy with that!

The company reported losses for H1 of 1.7 million. They are producing 155 bpd avg and retaining a gross margin of circa $38 per barrel. That is just shy of $6k gross per day.

On this rough calculation, they need to pump another 265 barrels a day for a break even. That is what H2 along with Gazelle and Gobi should hopefully bring in. That would be wonderful in a very short term.

News on the resolution if the PC 30% retention is great.

Farmout negotiations progressing for Block XX and being sought for Block VII.

The other subtle take here in that MATD is becoming and energy DEVELOPER and looking to take it's money from securing blocks, sorting out the permits, legals and infrastructure and the having production partners. This model is a bit safer and similar to Oracle Power, which in turn is just announcing a huge deal with big big upsides to the company's fortune.

No doubt MATD will want to consider retaining 100% of some of the developments of the renewable projects down the path. But the take away for me today is that sustainability and a realistic future within controlled and carefully budgetted financial growth means MATD are looking really solid for every bright future.

No news anywhere today that I can see. Either from ORCP or Riversgold. Yet.....!!

My sense, absolutely without knowledge, is that ORCP's share in the project with Riversgold will be kept intact for income and not sold out.

I only sense this by the tone of DL's post suggesting that the ORCP team will be surprised at the scale of the deal, suggesting that this is an income deal rather than a sale which would not shift from an agreed price.

Not long to wait now. Markets in Australia will open in 4 or 5 hours. Sometime tomorrow in Australia the news will drop either at opening or during trading and certainly before Tuesday's market opening.

We should know by tomorrow morning UK time for sure.

As a investor in both WSBN and ORCP, I have been following events closely.

You will know that many have commented on this WSBN board on David Lenigas and the team at Wishbone (I believe) have even remastered his flight image announcing his flight to Australia again, covering the plane in the Whishbone livery.

These latest posts from DL were made this afternoon. It would seem that a major part of his trip to Australia is in regards to the signing of this deal for Riversgold.

It would seem likely to me that he is also in Australia for Wishbone too, but at this stage all of the hype (his hype by the way) is for Riversgold on the ASX and also ORCP on the AIM for the Northern prospect abd a big signing.

Now I hope that there will be big news for WSBN as well, but it may not be quite as big or as soon as what he is leaking and hyping for the ORCP deal.

I thought that was news worthy for fellow WSBN share holders.

But the Riversgold news with the impacts on ORCP, which rose by 70% on Friday alone, will be a good indicator of things to come for WSBN.
